Jess as always cut my short hair expertly. I have just washed and styled this morning and the shape is so good.
Best thing is I never feel frumpy when I leave the salon !

Absolutely fantastic appointment at Saks today with Jess and Paul , nothing was too much trouble and lots of brilliant advice beforehand and throughout

The hair wash was nice and so was the straightening, but i didn't get the haircut i wanted since the hairdresser advised against it even if i had the same haircut as last time and was happy with the results. My haircut is also uneven and I wanted it thinned out.

The staff in saks are so lovely,nothing too much trouble,I can’t walk very well I was helped by member of staff.Jess was great did my hair just as I wanted.

Paul always listens well and does what you ask for, cut was great, service always is too

Arebella is a lovely girl who works in the salon and is professional and amazing .
Arabella has been blow drying my hair for the past few weeks and it looks the best .i an really happy with the results and service I always receive at SAKS great team

Lovely experience with Chloe, so professional and friendly. Amazing haircut and booked in for colour in a months time. Chloe gave me great advice for my colour and looking forward to the end result.
Everyone in Sak’s are friendly and helpful, had a lovely coffee made and hair wash beforehand.

I had my hair cut and highlighted by Jess and absolutely love it. It was my first time at a new salon after moving towns and I am so pleased with the results and how helpful and accommodating Jess was at fitting in a cut when I hadn't booked one. Clean salon and all staff polite and friendly.

As always a brilliant service from Becky, Paul, Alicia and Maddy at SAKS Doncaster. Great attention to detail, so warm, welcoming and they go above and beyond so you feel amazing when you leave with a fabulous hair style.

Amazing experience

I attended for my first appointment at Saks today and was very happy with the whole experience. The whole team are welcoming & friendly and put me at ease. My appointment was with Jess & I can’t recommend her enough, She was so lovely - warm yet very professional and I was very pleased with the colour, cut and the way she styled my hair. I felt as though she listened closely to what I wanted then went ahead and did an amazing job. It was so nice to leave the salon feeling 100% happy with everything & I will definitely be staying with Jess going forward.

Usual fabulous service. Jess did my colour for the first time, won't be the last and Becky did the cut. Never leave the salon disappointed.

I had my hair cut by Chloe and it was a fantastic experience! I didn’t know what I wanted so I let her have creative freedom and she did amazing! My hair suits me so well now and I feel more inspired to style my hair instead of whipping it into a ponytail/messy bun for convenience.

I’ve been a regular at Saks for my cut and colour, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. Jess was brilliant—she really listened to my concerns and completely revamped my previous balayage, bringing my hair colour back to life.
Chloe did a wonderful job cutting my hair. I’d mentioned my concerns about flatness, and she knew exactly what to do to add volume and shape. She made sure I was happy with the result every step of the way. She also trimmed my daughter’s fringe, which my little one loved! Her attention to detail and warm approach made the whole experience so enjoyable.
The team at Saks are always kind, attentive, and full of great suggestions to help refresh my look. I always leave feeling confident and cared for. Highly recommend!
