I was made to feel welcome. The staff were all friendly & professional. Most importantly I felt I was listened to.

I had my hair cut and highlighted by Jess and absolutely love it. It was my first time at a new salon after moving towns and I am so pleased with the results and how helpful and accommodating Jess was at fitting in a cut when I hadn't booked one. Clean salon and all staff polite and friendly.

As always a brilliant service from Becky, Paul, Alicia and Maddy at SAKS Doncaster. Great attention to detail, so warm, welcoming and they go above and beyond so you feel amazing when you leave with a fabulous hair style.

Always happy to revisit this salon.

Amazing experience

I attended for my first appointment at Saks today and was very happy with the whole experience. The whole team are welcoming & friendly and put me at ease. My appointment was with Jess & I can’t recommend her enough, She was so lovely - warm yet very professional and I was very pleased with the colour, cut and the way she styled my hair. I felt as though she listened closely to what I wanted then went ahead and did an amazing job. It was so nice to leave the salon feeling 100% happy with everything & I will definitely be staying with Jess going forward.

Usual fabulous service. Jess did my colour for the first time, won't be the last and Becky did the cut. Never leave the salon disappointed.

I had my hair cut by Chloe and it was a fantastic experience! I didn’t know what I wanted so I let her have creative freedom and she did amazing! My hair suits me so well now and I feel more inspired to style my hair instead of whipping it into a ponytail/messy bun for convenience.

I’ve been a regular at Saks for my cut and colour, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. Jess was brilliant—she really listened to my concerns and completely revamped my previous balayage, bringing my hair colour back to life.
Chloe did a wonderful job cutting my hair. I’d mentioned my concerns about flatness, and she knew exactly what to do to add volume and shape. She made sure I was happy with the result every step of the way. She also trimmed my daughter’s fringe, which my little one loved! Her attention to detail and warm approach made the whole experience so enjoyable.
The team at Saks are always kind, attentive, and full of great suggestions to help refresh my look. I always leave feeling confident and cared for. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using Saks at Doncaster for what seems like forever I wouldn’t go anywhere else it’s well worth the travelling time for me to get first class service Becky is my stylist she knows me inside out and I’m always very happy with my hair her standards are high and there is always a welcome the team in Doncaster are all friendly and professional it’s a lovely clean salon with talented stylists you won’t be disappointed with this salon

Has always a lovely style cut from Cloe...Only wish one thing.When having a wash and conditioner at the sink l do find it most uncomfortable..Some salons l have used over the years, do have a smaller one to accomodate children/ petite clients? Room for improvement...Worth considering...

Just had another amazing haircut at Saks Doncaster with Jess — she never disappoints! As always, the result was even better than I expected. Her attention to detail and skill are second to none. Consistently fantastic. Would never go to anyone else. Highly recommend!

My hair bleaches so badly in the summer leaving it brassy and horrible. But April as always worked her magic and turned my poor hair beautiful again. All the staff are lovely and they really listen to their customers. Thank you for looking after my hair so well.

As per usual, all the staff were polite, friendly and professional. From the stylist cutting my hair, the person washing my hair to the other hairdressers/staff; all were welcoming. The atmosphere was vibrant, with all the customers looking happy and engaging with their stylist etc.

I brought my two teenage sons in for haircuts and we had a smooth, positive experience. The team at Saks Doncaster were friendly, professional, and listened to what the boys wanted — which is rare. They both left happy with their cuts (which, as any parent of teens knows, is a small miracle). The stylists didn’t talk down to them or rush the job, just clean, confident work with a chilled-out vibe.

From walking into the salon Bex and the girls made lyla so welcome .They made her feel very special. She has had a constant smile on her face 😍 she absolutely loves her hair. It was washed thinned out and curled .Thanku for making her feel like a princess 👸

I have been going to Becky at Saks Doncaster for well over 10 years now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! The very first time I stepped into the Salon I knew I was in safe hands, Becky knew exactly what my hair needed, always does and the way she colours it is always unreal every single times and still get compliments on how good it always looks. Becky has helped me transform my hair over the years to the healthiest it’s ever looked.
