Just got back from a lovely experience at F&R. Everything regarding the COVID guidelines felt very safe and it is clear that a monumental effort has been made to keep staff and customers safe. My cut was done beautifully and even though they are working back to back appointments, time and attention was paid to my relatively simple wash and cut. A wonderful service and it was lovely to be back!

Sunette battled with my lockdown hair transforming the box colors I’d used to a healthy looking natural color. Thank you so much!

First time getting my hair done here and I had such an amazing experience!!!! The staff were incredible and so friendly! Holly did my hair and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. I also got the chance to meet the owner who made me feel completely comfortable, almost like I was visiting a friend rather than having my hair done. After an unfortunate experience at a different place that left my daughter with a weird "chop" instead of a haircut, Fich&Ramous saved the day! I just recently had a haircut at Fich and Ramous in Cowbridge. Emma did a great job. The other two stylists were also busy with clients. Very friendly and welcoming service and most important of all happy results.

I have been going to Fich & Ramous for several years now and I am always delighted with my cut/colour. Everyone is always so attentive and I always look
forward to a freshly brewed coffee and a biscuit as soon as I sit down. Jack talks through with me what I would like done and guides me as to what would look best on me. I always leave feeling very happy and look forward to my return visit

Well! I started my experience really stressed having driven to the wrong end of Cowbridge! But! Then I arrived- stress disappeared! Lovely friendly staff offering a top quality service! You definitely MUST go there!

Very impressive service all round . Hair done by Sara at Fich Ramous Cowbridge nr Bear Hotel. Sara was clearly very experienced and I was confident and relaxed during the consultation, colour, cut and blow dry. I was made to feel special for the day. The finished style was better than expected and I’ve had several compliments since leaving the salon this afternoon. Will definitely be returning.

Fantastic focus around the customer. The salon has a warm and welcoming Atmosphere And nothing is to much trouble. Had my maintenance done today for my hair extensions by Jane (hope I spelt your name right? ) what a lovely lady always smiling and chats away all very natural and relaxing. I love my new hair Jane thank you sooooo much. ??

Love my hair cut by Jayne; really took her time, hair feels so much more nourished and healthier, I also loved the head massage whilst having my hair washed. Lovely products used on my hair too.

It was first appointment at the salon and the staff were very pleasant and professional. My stylist Jane / Jayne was delightful and took great care cutting my hair. I think it’s the first time a stylist has actually cut it the the length requested- usually too much off I’d cut off. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my cut and blow dry and would recommend this salon.
