After a disastrous experience having colour in a different salon, it has taken a while for me to feel confident enough to have colour again. Jack walked me through the process step by step assuring me the colour would be fab and condition great. He was right and he has restored my faith and confidence in hairdressers. I would highly recommend this salon for colour and service.

Having never been to the salon before I wasn't sure what to expect when I bought a Groupon voucher for a colour and cut. I can say that from start to finish the service at the salon was fantastic, very possibly the best I have experienced in 42 years. Jayne was so friendly, accommodating and professional that I actually felt embarrassed having only paid a fraction of what the colour and cut was worth. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to Fich and Ramous Cowbridge. A fab salon and a very relaxing afternoon!

Popped into salon on the off chance of an appointment. Really friendly welcome and met with Emma who cut my hair. Very happy with outcome and can thoroughly recommend this place!

Alice was absolutely lovely and talked me through all the steps of my Kerastraight treatment. The salon is lovely, bright and comfortable and the staff are fab. Will definitely be returning!

My colour was perfect and Jack styled my hair just as I want it. He listens to what u want and is always cheerful and relaxed. Having your hair done is not always a positive experience but I am reassured and always pleased with the result .

Jayne was attentive and listened to what I was asking and also offered good advice. She was really friendly and we chatted lots which put me at ease. Her colleague Jack was also friendly and chatty which was nice. They work well together and made a good team.
I left with hair that I was imagining and am over the moon with the results. The salon is well laid out and welcoming and defiantly one to visit for your next hair appointment.

Wonderful experience- great overall impression of what would happen on the day. Ally was great and Ffion did an amazing job which got me a lot of admiring glances and even my daughter approved! Only downside was - having had my ‘done’ so I would see what it would look like , it was then dismantled in front of my eyes before I could take a photo or even asked if I wanted it to be - great shame as I had nothing to show for having spent £35 on my hair

Had a lovely and relaxing time at Fich & Ramous. Alice listened to exactly what I wanted and I left feeling really pleased. The salon is bright and comfortable. Alice & Jayne kept me topped up with tea and had a great playlist on too! The quality of my highlights are professional and done with care and consideration. I feel the price I paid reflects on the quality of products and service. I will gladly be returning for future appointments.

The salon isn’t local but we travel as Ellis likes Jack cutting his hair. Jack always makes sure that Ellis is happy at every stage of the cut, explaining what he is doing making Ellis feel involved in the process. We are never disappointed with the service that Jack provides, he is very polite, friendly and supper efficient! You get what you pay for, worth the price hike:)))

I have been having my haircut at Fich & Ramous for over two years however what I was not looking forward to was an unannounced price-hike of nearly 47% when I went to pay!! Last month I paid £15 and today £22!

My stylist was amazing, she listened to what I wanted, gave me ideas and really delivered with gorgeous colour and cut- thank you Alice, I'll certainly return again soon.

First time visiting the salon to have my pixie cut more 'pixie' and less 'trolls'-like after it became very overgrown. Hannah did an amazing job at chatting through my cut and how to get the look I was after and I left with beautiful hair - perhaps the best cut since having my hair short. Such a professional, relaxed atmosphere, immaculate salon, lovely coffee and great value for money. Will definitely be visiting again, thank you!

I'm so glad to have found this place and especially Jack! I have never felt particularly comfortable going to hair salons but Fitch and Ramos is so friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and the salon is stylish without being pretentious. I love that I have found a stylist who "gets" my awkward hair, obviously loves his job and gets as much satisfaction from doing a fabulous colour, cut and blow dry as I do when I see the finished result. Very well looked after, friendly but was disappointed with the colour when I got home.
I was late for my appointment which meant I could only have half head colour. However I had asked the top colour could be the same as the bottom half but did not think this was the case. Friends commented that they could hardly notice the colour. Despite friendly service I was disappointed with final result
