I am very pleased with my cut. Jack was very helpful and friendly as usual and I was happy to see his little puppy, Frank.

Very pleased with hairstyle and finish and stylist extremely pleasant. My first visit to the salon, it’s lovely and bright and modern. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

It was my second visit to Fich and Ramous today and like last time they were so lovely. I called at the last minute to request a cut and blow dry and they managed to fit me in within 30 mins. I also had to take an urgent call and send some emails during my appointment and they were so accommodating.

Jack is wonderful at decoding my mixed messages and consistently giving me the look I'm after - which changes with each visit!

Abbie looked after me very efficiently achieving exact colour I requested!

Just come back from Fich and Ramous after and cut and blow dry. Feeling a million dollars as my hair looks fab. Thank you so much Abi
