I felt the salon was untidy and unwelcoming with very little atmosphere. The stylist lacked confidence and experience .. I won’t be returning.

I have been going to Fich and Ramous for many years. There is always a pleasant welcome from Clare and her staff. Abi did an excellent cut and blow dry on my hair today.

I've just had my hair done by Abi for the 3rd time and I absolutely LOVE it! She's amazing with colour, cut and blow dry and I always leave the salon feeling like a million dollars! My hair has never looked so good. Thanks Abi for the amazing work!

I rang the salón to book a consultation before booking my appointment, having been let down by different hairdressers. I showed Jess some inspo and told her what I wanted, we did a skin test that day , appointment booked I waited patiently. I was met with a lovely warm welcome on both occasions, the salon has a resident puppy who was very unbothered by my arrival, the salon was spotlessly clean and tidy, with a welcoming atmosphere. I was a little early so had a lovely coffee and Jess made a start straight away. I was shown to a lovely colour room where Jess packed in the foils! Offered a top up of refreshments. The perfect toner was applied after the cooking process, I had a wonderful time in the massaging shampoo chair! Jess then did an outstanding job of my cut! She listened, asked me what I wanted, and understood exactly what I had said and shown her! My colour is superb and so is my cut!! Perfect service all round x

My ten year old enjoyed a great hair cut this afternoon to have a long fringe (‘butterfly bangs’. It was styled beautifully and she was treated so kindly by all of the F&R team.

Jess listened carefully to my recent scalp problem & was happy to use a recommended shampoo. She was delightful company and I was very happy with my cut & style.

Just lovely people. Even this low maintenance girl likes to feel a little special sometimes. So please with my new hair. The first hairdresser where I say what I want, they listen then cut it just how I wanted it. Thank you

After struggling post partum with understanding my hair and what I want / need the team sat me down. Ran though all my options and were confident enough to tell me no which I appreciated. I would much rather have a stylist who is confident in their assessment than go with what I think would suit. Trust them completely and cannot wait to go in for my full hair transformation.

Both Abbie and Jack worked on my hair today correcting a color applied by someone else! But they worked their magic to resolve the problem and left the salon with a beautiful color and healthy looking glossy hair!

Had the best hair perm experience with Jack and team today! They all made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the 4 hours work needed to create my amazing curls. I was treated like a queen and I’m over the moon with my new hair style. Thank you so much Jack and team for all the professional work and the great advice on long term care for my bouncy curls. I will be back for more! I recommend this salon to anyone! The staff are amazing and you won’t be disappointed with the results!
