Jess listened carefully to my recent scalp problem & was happy to use a recommended shampoo. She was delightful company and I was very happy with my cut & style.

Just lovely people. Even this low maintenance girl likes to feel a little special sometimes. So please with my new hair. The first hairdresser where I say what I want, they listen then cut it just how I wanted it. Thank you

After struggling post partum with understanding my hair and what I want / need the team sat me down. Ran though all my options and were confident enough to tell me no which I appreciated. I would much rather have a stylist who is confident in their assessment than go with what I think would suit. Trust them completely and cannot wait to go in for my full hair transformation.

Both Abbie and Jack worked on my hair today correcting a color applied by someone else! But they worked their magic to resolve the problem and left the salon with a beautiful color and healthy looking glossy hair!

Had the best hair perm experience with Jack and team today! They all made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the 4 hours work needed to create my amazing curls. I was treated like a queen and I’m over the moon with my new hair style. Thank you so much Jack and team for all the professional work and the great advice on long term care for my bouncy curls. I will be back for more! I recommend this salon to anyone! The staff are amazing and you won’t be disappointed with the results!

It was my second visit to Fich and Ramous today and like last time they were so lovely. I called at the last minute to request a cut and blow dry and they managed to fit me in within 30 mins. I also had to take an urgent call and send some emails during my appointment and they were so accommodating.

Jack is wonderful at decoding my mixed messages and consistently giving me the look I'm after - which changes with each visit!

Abbie looked after me very efficiently achieving exact colour I requested!
