It's really good. Helen did my cut. Staff and everyone friendly.

Really awful reception. Made me feel like they were surprised to see me. Was asked so many times what my name was and what time my appointment was. No refreshments offered. Chair and workspace felt grubby. Got the exact opposite of the haircut I wanted. Didn't feel like I could communicate with the stylist. Wouldn't bother going back

Another perfect cut by Helen - I’ve had so many compliments. A good cut makes all the difference - love the pampering - all the staff are so friendly - there’s a great atmosphere in the salon and I felt safe.

I’ve been asking for a particular style for ages & he got it spot on!

This is a fantastic salon: as expected, the Toni & Guy high quality benchmark is maintained and this is allied to a warm and welcoming environment. All staff are lovely too. Reasonably priced for a top notch experience!

Can’t remember the name of the lady who did my hair but she had dyed red hair, she was really lovely made me feel super comfortable as well, so thank you!

Really happy with my cut and the service! I explained to the hairdresser (sorry, don’t know his name ☹️) that my hair was in really bad condition due to previous having it dyed elsewhere, I was thinking I’d have to have loads chopped off which I really didn’t want to do and he gave me really good tips how to get it back into good condition and have me a really good cut, he was also really nice and friendly, will definitely be back again and will be recommending this salon!

Yet again great service, I bought my 12yr old son in for his haircut as he’s growing up and wanted a specific style. Fabulous experience, cut perfect.

Discussed my requests with colour stylist who was friendly but then didn’t do what we discussed. Unhappy because much more of my hair was bleached than I intended and colour was applied near the roots which I had specifically requested not to be, and now this will take even longer to grow out.
Cut was great and stylists are friendly but so disappointed at being stuck with this hair colour and don’t want to further damage my hair with dye.

As always my colour and cut were perfect .

Another great colour & cut by Leaon & Nicola - came out feeling a million dollars despite the bad weather outside. Best salon experience ever always made to feel so welcome. All the stylists & staff are excellent. Wouldn't think about going anywhere else - Highly recommended.

It was such a good experience. I had my hair cut done somewhere else which I was not happy at all so I thought I will go to Toni and guy again and just like always I had an amazing experience and a great hair cut better than what I was expecting.

Sam is a perfectionist and so talented.
Over the years I have struggled to find a hair dresser that can cope with my extremely corse, thick and unruly hair. It doesn't faze Sam and he manages to cut my hair perfect every time.

I had a really good informative chat with Ann-Marie she gave me great advice and I was so happy with my colour, the time and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I’ll definitely see Ann-Marie again. Quiet pricey though

Helen always cuts my hair beautifully. BUT I've got to say this was the best cut ever - so many people have remarked upon the cut. Next time - same again please. CONGRATULATIONS!
