I cannot praise Leaon enough. He always gives me an excellent colour and knows what I like as I'm not very adventurous.

I have been coming here for years. Helen P who is so lovely, cut my hair Friday and it’s fab. Salon is always spotless and always has a really good atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

I had a cut and blow dry with Ellie . The thing that struck me was how professional it was .. right from the start . She took the time to really look at my hair and look at what I needed . The hair wash was lovely with privacy beads between each cubicle . Ellie pulled out my chair for me when sitting down for the cut .. small professional tweaks that make a huge difference. She showed me how my hair looked from behind .. something not often done in the high street hairdressers! She took her time. Measured with focus and the end result was a fantastic cut . Had a really positive experience. Made to feel welcome. Listened to. Result of T-section and root colour turned out great. Lovely Casey did a great job on my hair. Nice coffee, biscuits, and even fruit were a lovely touch. Loved the way the salon had been styled too. Small touches were noticed, even in the loo. Really nice experience.

Absolutely love getting my hair done at Toni & Guy- never disappointed! Laurelle always achieves exactly what i ask for and my hair is in great condition thanks to the products and treatments they use. All of the staff are really welcoming and lovely to spend time with. The salon is always immaculate. 100% recommend.

As always, I left the salon happy with my hair. Quite expensive though.

Had three haircuts in past six months. The haircut on my head has been great. Each one was £75 for a wash and style cut. I will not be returning as there seems to be a hesitancy, or refusal, to trim normal hair on ears, eyebrows and neckline. Normal barbers do this. I’ve asked when being serviced and hesitant efforts are made. I’m left with hair over my t-shirt neck line on my back and a couple of rogue hairs sticking out on my eyebrows & top of my ear. I wouldn’t use again.

Love the Exeter branch and Sam is one of the best haircuts I’ve had. Always has great attention to detail and makes the whole haircut an enjoyable experience.

This is my 2nd cut in a shorter style, this time Morgan took the nape in, giving a cleaner and fresher look, and got stuck in with the texturing giving my style a bit of movement, I was skeptical if the last cut could be beaten, but this one has done it, he is not afraid to follow your requirements, as well as using his expertise in all things hair. Delighted also on a cold day to get a hot cup of tea, in a pot, very welcome. Personal touches in hairdressing make all the difference. I left the salon feeling once again amazing, cheers Morgan.
