Very pleased! Kaye got it right again! My perfectionist daughter commented on how nice the colour was this morning!

I always love coming to Sands. But the last few times I've been left with a wet gown & neck after shampooing. I've got long hair so when I lift my head for the towel wrap, inevitably it drips down. Can the technique be revised for those with long hair? Extra towel? Or towel to reduce wetness before wrapping?

I have been a customer with SANDS for over 15 years.
I have never had a bad haircut there.
The staff are professional, friendly and
excellent hairdressers.
The salon is relaxed and I always feel chilled on leaving however hectic my day has been.
I would highly recommend

Excellent service, always made to feel welcome, Beni always colours my hair and styles it to an excellent standard, she is very attentive, always explains what is best for colouring my hair , what style of cut best suites me, the end product is always to a high standard, she is a very warm and friendly person, and could not imagine any other stylist to do my hair. The Salon is of a high standard, is always clean and the staff is always welcoming and very helpful.

Ceri styles my hair and I trust her implicitly, with colour and cut. I am always so thrilled with the result. I have been a seeing Ceri at Sands for the best part of 20 years.

It is a lovely experience to have my hair cut at Sands. Everyone is friendly, helpful, warm and welcoming, Strictly professional, but not stand-offish. The ambience of the Aveda salon is one of great calmness and relaxation. I am aware it is a hive of activity but as a client never feel rushed.

I do relish my monthly treat of having my hair styled, the chat, the coffees and teas, hand massages and array of glossy magazines to read. I really feel the difference having my hair washed and coloured using Aveda hair products and buy my own now from the salon.

And though the customer care is exceptionally good, maybe more importantly, when I leave and am out and about, I am so pleased to have compliments made about my hair.

So, yes, I recommend this salon!

I only go to sands in Cardiff because the staff are all lovely and really look after you, carol my hair dresser is always really welcoming and always knows best when it comes to my hair! Very happy!

I did have a bad hair problem, and all the Sands staff were very kind and helpful about it. They sorted it out for me, and pampered me in the process - I feel so much better now.
The salon is well designed, airy and pleasant to sit in. Staff are all friendly. This was a such a nice experience. I will definitely go back - with normal hair!

I had my hair cut with Debbie again and i’m extremely pleased. She always takes the time to listen and is careful to follow instructions so I get the cut I want. Always a pleasant experience coming to Sands. I do find it a bit pricey compared with other salons which would be my only criticism especially having short hair and needing to come so often.

Everything was brilliant - it felt like a Balinese spa! Left feeling very relaxed, thanks folks!

A really relaxed salon where all the staff are so friendly. They chat if you want but leave you alone when you want too. A great haircut and head and and hand massage. What's not to like!

This was my first time at the salon today. Lovely friendly quiet atmosphere.
Benny cut my hair and she did a fantastic job, exactly how I asked for it.
She also threaded my eyebrows (which admittedly hurt quite a lot) however she was very kind and kept asking if I was ok, they look fab.
Had a lovely complimentary head and hand massage which was an added bonus.
Overall experience was excellent and left me feeling lovely and relaxed with gorgeous new hair - would highly recommend.

I loved the head & should & hand massage, the lack of rubbish music, the friendly staff, the lovely natural products and most importantly my haircut and the wonderful spiral curls! Thanks, I will be back!
