Have been going to Sands for many years now and the sevice in every sense has been consistently very good.
I had a cut and foils with Carrie thus morning, Carrie is highly skilled and always does a brilliant job,she is also an absolute delight to talk to.
All staff are friendly, helpful and very welcoming.

I am prone to changing my mind about my hair and doing things last minute- this means I don’t always get the same stylist. The staff at Sands show understanding in this regard and are always professional. I have had my haircut by several stylists, all of wi I’ve been very happy with.

Was greeted as soon as I entered the salon. A refreshing drink poured. Back, neck, head,shoulder,arm and hand massage.

I am honestly so impressed with sands hairdressing, I'll definitely be going back. It was my first time trying them and breaking away from my regular hairdresser back home and I am so pleased I did. They were also accomodating to this change which I really appreciate! I was treated so nicely and looked after the minute I walked through the door. I had a gorgeous head massage and the lovely girl washing my hair took such care, it really made me feel good about myself! Debbie listened to what I wanted and did a superb cut. She was meticulous, gentle and really respected my hair. It really makes a difference when your hairdresser cares for your hair and what you want, and I felt like Debbie did that for me so thank you so much. Couldn't recommend this place enough :)

I’m generally very happy with everything about this salon but my last cut wasn’t quite up to the usual standard. My complaint was dealt with brilliantly and I’ll have no hesitation in returning. This is a really good salon with some very talented stylists.

Every visit is blissful. Personable staff, high expectations from Salon Leadership Team, high quality products and a commitment towards highly effective customer service and a devotion towards developing Wellbeing strategies for all. This salonnwas one of the first to use Aveda products and utilise the beliefs of naturalness and sustainability. Just need a beauty room and yoga sessions in the garden!
