This was my first intimate wax and Courtney made it breeze. I felt super comfortable from start to finish. Such a professional at what’s she does and a very lovely person. Adele was absolutely amazing! I have always had the fear of being exposed in front of people and wanted to get my self prepared for having to see a gynocologist. I also have wanted to transition from shaving to wax for a long time and I can honestly say she was so upfront honest and so professional I was completely at ease and could not have had a better experience I booked straight in for another appointment!

I recently decided to start back waxing after a long break as I am currently pregnant and starting to struggle doing it at home 😅.
I had Kira as my therapist who advised me she has been with the company for around 3 months.
It is safe to say that I am thoroughly impressed with Kiera and Madame Wax!
Kiera made me feel really comfortable and I enjoyed our chit chat while receiving a professional experience. I've had much worse waxes from people working in the trade a lot longer.
The environment was clean, the staff friendly, and overall I really enjoyed the experience.
I booked my next two sessions in before I walked out the door.

Kira was the person who did my waxing and honestly, she was absolutely fabulous! I was so pleased with my experience that I’ve already booked back in with her. She made me feel completely at ease, and I normally hate waxing because of the pain — but this was quick, easy, and surprisingly minimal in pain.
Highly recommend her!

Donna is by far the best at the salon. She always make me feel at ease and I am not good with pain but can easily manage with Donna. She makes the whole experience from start to finish comfortable. Completely different when had with other staff.
