Kira was the person who did my waxing and honestly, she was absolutely fabulous! I was so pleased with my experience that I’ve already booked back in with her. She made me feel completely at ease, and I normally hate waxing because of the pain — but this was quick, easy, and surprisingly minimal in pain.

As someone relatively new to the world of waxing, I cannot express how much I enjoy coming to Madame Wax. Everyone working is always lovely, Adele makes you feel comfortable and you get to have a lovely chat throughout! The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous, I know I shouldn’t but I so look forward to my waxing appointments coming up!

I have been going to Donna for 6 years and her service has always been fantastic. She is friendly and caring, wanting the best for you out of your wax. Donna is by far the best at the salon. She always make me feel at ease and I am not good with pain but can easily manage with Donna. She makes the whole experience from start to finish comfortable. Completely different when had with other staff.

It was my first time here at Madam Wax and also my first time having an intimate wax done. I hadn’t slept for 3 weeks after booking because of how scared I was. I arrived half hour early and spoke to Donna and Adele before my treatment and both made me feel so welcome before I even had any treatment. When it was time for my treatment Adele spoke me through everything and made me feel very comfortable. Every question I had was answered I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist for my first time and will 100% be sticking with Adele. I would recommend to EVERYONE!!! I will be able to sleep perfectly from now on knowing I’m looked after when I come into the shop. Thank you a million times over.
