Due to other commitments I had to leave it longer than preferred for my waxing but Casey was delighted and soon had me looking more presentable than when I arrived. Thank you very much.
It was my first time here at Madam Wax and also my first time having an intimate wax done. I hadn’t slept for 3 weeks after booking because of how scared I was. I arrived half hour early and spoke to Donna and Adele before my treatment and both made me feel so welcome before I even had any treatment. When it was time for my treatment Adele spoke me through everything and made me feel very comfortable. Every question I had was answered I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist for my first time and will 100% be sticking with Adele. I would recommend to EVERYONE!!! I will be able to sleep perfectly from now on knowing I’m looked after when I come into the shop. Thank you a million times over.

It was my first time getting a wax and my whole experience was incredible, my therapist shayla made sure I was completely comfortable and was so lovely, she was extremely professional and I had a 10/10 experience at Madame wax thanks to Shayla I will definitely be coming back
