Comfortable. BUSY salon, but pleasant and good cut.

My usual hairdresser, not from Broad St, is on maternity leave, and so I booked in here for the first time. The website is easy to navigate, so booking was was not a problem. Once I arrived I was warmly greeted and offered a choice of drinks. A few minutes later Ella came to greet me and took me to the chair. She discussed what I was after, and offered some suggestions. I had my hair washed, including a small head massage, then Ella set about working her magic. I felt like a million dollars walking out of the salon, with a haircut that was exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend. Everyone that I spoke to within the salon offered a warm and friendly welcome.

I had a lovely experience and a great cut
However , the Brazilian blow dry was discounted and I noticed at the time that on drying and straightening there was no odour or signs of the product . Since washing my hair I noticed it was still quite wavy when wet . 2 weeks later I am on holiday and in the humidity it’s frizzy and curly . I have been having this treatment for many years and this is the first time this has happened so soon after having done .
I wonder if as I paid half the price I only had half the amount of product applied .
It’s so disappointing my hair looks terrible and not what I am used to at all !

I have just come away from the Yatton Salon absolutely overwhelmed & overjoyed with the level of competency that Level 2 graduate Jess, who is looking to complete her level 2 training, gave. She required a model for Colours-⭐Half head of highlights.
WOW 🤩 what a beautiful colour she gave me, a gorgeous cooper & blonde. Jess’s attention to detail was second to none! She took time, care and professionalism in her work. I could tell she had a great passion in hairdressing, with a huge positive attitude in completing her level 2. Let’s not forget the team in the salon at the time Nailsea & Yatton, of which many of the girls were attentive to Jess’s training and empowering with their share of knowledge and experience to guide Jess, rather than “tell” . Beautiful atmosphere in this salon and one hugely satisfied customer, I was so happy with the end result I nearly skipped out the salon. Thank you all for making my day and making me feel special xxx

I managed to get a late last minute appointment. It was my first time visiting here. I walked in greeted by a smile and then a warm welcome at reception. It was refreshing to walk in somewhere and not feel anxious.

Always an uplifting experience going to this salon. Poppy my stylist is so lovely, as is Olexandra who supported her during my appointment. They know me and how I like my hair and always do a great job. It’s a lovely pampering, me-time experience and well worth the money.
Would recommend them to anyone.

I've been looking for a hairdresser I like for 10 years since leaving Exeter. I've found her. I like hairdressers who are open and honest with styles I pick and how I could adjust them to suit me. She gave exactly the trim I wanted! Not too much off only what was needed! And chatting to her felt to natural like I've know her ages! Can't wait for my next appointment! You've got a gooden there! Ella listened to me well and cut my hair how I wanted it. She massaged my scalp for a while during the wash which was lovely. I was very happy with the finished style.

I recently took my 3-year-old daughter to Nicole for a haircut, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Nicole displayed incredible patience and took the time to ensure my daughter felt completely comfortable throughout the process. Despite her initial nervousness, Nicole gently reassured her and made the whole experience enjoyable. The quality of the cut is fabulous, and my daughter can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend for anyone with young children!
