I’m a very indecisive person so needed a lot of help knowing what to do with my hair, particularly as it’s so fine and I have thinning areas and my stylist was so helpful and wonderful! She also took the time to show me some great tips on helping make my hair look more voluminous!

Had box dye on my hair and wanted to go lighter I was aware that it wouldn't be a easy job but they did a good job, my only criticism is that the bleached hair twice in my opinion that should have been mentioned at the time it would be extra not that money was a problem for me but might have been for someone else

First time I’ve had a cut by Kayleigh, she didn’t disappoint! Really pleased! Friendly and very experienced.

Always a pleasure to have Ella do my hair. She listened to my concerns and I am really pleased with the end result.

Haven’t been to the hairdresser in 3 years so felt a little nervous. The team were super friendly and made me feel very welcome. Nicole who did my consultation listened to what I wanted and she understood straight away. I have an appointment booked next month and very much looking forward to it.

I was paying twice the amount in Bristol. Broad street ethos emanates down from Chloe. Niece of the owners I think. Everyone is competent and confidence. And the standard of hair dressing is high. There’s a really friendly vibe in the salon. I also go with my 14 year old and she comes away feeling seen and confident. Great job all xx

I enjoyed my visit to Broad Street Hairdressers today. I was warmly greeted and Wayne is a master of his craft. So, I was delighted with my haircut and style.

I was dye to see Chloe today but she was unavailable and I was offered an appointment with Ella, l just wanted to say what a lovely friendly girl and super stylist. I am very pleased with my hair cut and would be happy to see Ella again.
