I made a last minute appointment with Poppy and came away very happy once again. Poppy is very professional, warm, bubbly, attentive and offers the best solution everytime. Poppy and her team always make me feel welcome and I always feel confident in Poppy.

Great colour and cut by Kelly. The whole team are so nice and friendly. Lovely experience and I look 10 years younger.

Nicole stood in for my usual hairdresser who was off sick. She gave me a great haircut.

First time going to Broadst in Yatton. Chloe was so lovely. Talked me through every step to make sure I was happy. She even taught me how I was able to style my hair at home with the cut I was getting. So happy with the results. It is a little pricey but so worth the money.

Lovely welcoming salon atmosphere with really friendly staff. I had a Keratin smoothing blow dry with Kelly who was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable when I asked lots of questions about the treatment as I had never had this done before. She also gave me lots of after care advice to help keep my new super smooth hair in tip top condition . I am so pleased with the end result, my hair has never looked or felt so smooth and shiny , the frizz has gone! Would highly recommend both Broadstreet and this treatment to anyone who wants a relaxing salon experience and a fantastic end result. Thank you Broadstreet!

I recently took my 5-year-old daughter for a haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The lady who cut her hair was incredibly engaging, comforting, and very professional throughout. My daughter used to be quite scared of haircuts, but she felt so at ease and cared for.
In fact, she woke up the next day asking to go back for another haircut — she really loved the whole experience! It’s such a relief to find someone who can turn something that used to be stressful into something she now enjoys.
Overall, a fantastic service and we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Poppy does a brilliant job on my daughters hair. She loves getting her hair cut at brand st, with Poppy. She is very warm and welcoming. Listens to what me and my daughter would both like and comes to a compromise. My daughter loves coming everytime and would get her hair cut every week. Would highly recommend broad st @yatton. All the staff are lovely and welcoming.

Ten out of ten for service, for my 9 year old daughter. She was pampered with a wash, cut, blow dry and had her hair straightened. She was treated to a hot chocolate and biscuit. Her hair looked lovely and she left with a big smile. Was really impressed. So much so I booked my other daughter in ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The ladies were wonderful with my 3 boys, ages 8, 6 and 5. They were calm, patient and great at explaining what they were doing. They even joined my boys in singing along to Golden when it was playing on the radio!!
