I’ve long dreaded the hairdresser and have visited salons from very expensive London stylists to local cheaper salons. I always leave feeling disappointed and regretful. Zaren has completely transformed not only my hair but my self esteem. She really listened, made me feel at ease and is so incredibly talented. I felt she took the time to find out about me and to make sure my hair was an extension of that. The whole experience was mind blowing and she has give me hair I never even thought possible. I have been attending this salon on and off over the years. They’ve seen my hair go from many different extremes and no matter the silly self inflicted mistakes I may make. I always revert back to Reds. The team have corrected hair disasters with no judgment. They have continued to work with my masses and masses of hair, no matter the state. They have created a welcoming and professional environment. All of the above has stayed consistent over the years.
When entering you can see a truly hard working team and although you may be with one stylist the rest of the team will stop at no lengths to ensure your time here is comforting. And as a customer you are able to observe there customer experience with all there customers.
Especially, Lauren. This woman has put in the graft in every and any colour correction I have needed. She is an absolute wizz with hair extensions and I feel very confident in saying with so many competitors in such a small town. Lauren is of the highest rank of them all.

Tyler was friendly asked me questions about my hair he gave an amazing firm head massage my hair was soft and smooth after.
he also made me feel comfortable and welcome I’ll be back again

Gina as always superb. Gina always goes well above expectations. Gina asks if I want my use Colour and Style and is very cheerful. Always puts my legs up when she washes my hair as I’ve Osteoarthritis. There is always a warm welcome from Gina, Lauren and all members of staff that are on.
