About us

Reds Hair Salon was established in 2008 in Taunton, Somerset.
Natalie is the Director of Reds Hair Salon and her vision was to create a salon where you could relax, recharge and leave feeling even more confident.

There is nothing more valuable than time, so we need to spend it wisely. Whether it is a weekly bouncy blow-dry, colour refresh, restyle, or the great coffee we have it covered!

“It’s not just a Haircut but an experience”.
Our highly skilled hair experts are passionate about hair, with continuous education we always keep our skills fresh and current. Only working with the best product brands as Paul Mitchell and Great Lengths Hair Extensions, we are committed to delivering quality and value.

We know that 80% of salon clients want more advice and feel that their current stylist does not fully listen to them so here at Reds, we have an in-depth consultation program that is designed to find out about you and your hair to ensure we get it right! We will also teach you how to manage your hair at home 365 days a year. Reds stylists provide a bespoke service to suit each individual guest’s needs.

The open and smiley face welcomed me from the very first step into the salon. It was my stylist. This had a very pleasant impact to an amazing experience. It was easy to communicate and be understood what was desired to be achieved through the colour and cut. The stylist understood me so well, that arty approach joined with a good professionalism reached the full potential. The hair was done and the feelings of gratitude for the care all the way through and attained glamour, sophistication, and “less is more” effect was overwhelming and I asked if I could give a hug to the stylist. I was so happy! I wish everyone to have this experience. Well done, Ellis!

My first visit to Reds and it was amazing ! Gina listened to what I wanted and added her own suggestions which worked out perfectly for the end result. I have never visited a salon that has managed to give me the exact result I’ve asked for, but Gina delivered my vision and was so easy to talk to (I’m not usually one to chat with my hairdresser but she was so fun to talk with that I feel like a regular already!)
Great value for money, I expected to pay more for the service I received if I’m honest, and the atmosphere is lovely.
I would definitely recommend Reds to anyone looking for a welcoming team of stylists who will achieve your hair goals!

Came in as a new customer, and immediately felt a sense of comfort within the salon. Amanda was absolutely splendid, and really made sure to ask questions and follow up in order to cater to the need of the customer (me) and it was the difference between a 4 and a 5 star in my opinion. Moreover, it was great to be told the stages that my cut would occur in as it engaged me a lot more throughout my haircut and really helped envision the final result before it was ready. The result was brilliant and I could not be more thrilled. Thank you Amanda, and Reds Hair Salon for your time, I shall certainly return :)

Reds Hair Salon was established in 2008 in Taunton, Somerset.
Natalie is the Director of Reds Hair Salon and her vision was to create a salon where you could relax, recharge and leave feeling even more confident.

We know that 80% of salon clients want more advice and feel that their current stylist does not fully listen to them so here at Reds, we have an in-depth consultation program that is designed to find out about you and your hair to ensure we get it right! We will also teach you how to manage your hair at home 365 days a year. Reds stylists provide a bespoke service to suit each individual guest’s needs.
