I have been coming to this salon for over 12 years and Lauren has looked after me since my very first visit. She is brilliant and I have no reason whatsoever to even think about trying another salon. Many thanks.

Lovely atmosphere in salon and really enjoyed head massage ,part of the shampoo and condition process.

Welcoming in the 3 times I was in the salon.
We spoke about what I was looking for
Beth listened and checked the length I wanted.
She also tied my fringe and some layers.
It's the first time I washed it.
I am very pleased as the waves in my hair is not even both sides.
The only thing I would question re combing the hair before shampooing.
From bottom to top to so that not it doesn't pull the hair

There is always a warm welcome when you visit Reds. This visit was no exception. I was booked for my regular cut and colour. Gina was really supportive of my decision to change the colours used. She talked me through the best way to achieve what I was asking for.
The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Cups of coffee with biscuits and sweeties enhanced the visit. As always I love my visit to the salon and my chats with Gina.
I left with a smile on my face and beautiful hair.
All the staff in Reds are friendly too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
