I've been going to Heathfield Hair & Beauty for over a decade now. As a client, you are always treated with courtesy and respect; cuts and colours are given careful consideration. The atmosphere is friendly and the staff work well together. Prices are fair and you get value for your money. Throughout the pandemic, staff and customers have been taken great care of. I always enjoy my visits and wouldn't go anywhere else. There's even free customer parking! Try the salon yourself and see.

Grace is a fantastic stylist - she listens, and always gives 110% to her clients. She cuts and colours my hair and I always leave the salon feeling amazing.

Sarah is the complete professional. I've been a client for over 15 years and am reassured of being in safe hands at each visit, with stringent covid procedures for my safety and a thorough consultation at the beginning of each appointment, even after all this time. I receive good advice about how to care for my hair between visits and the salon carries a good range of professional products to help with this. The salon is well maintained, comfortable and light and has free parking outside. What more can a client ask for?

Grace was lovely and quick with my hair, I rarely leave salons with silky smooth hair as I have naturally curly hair, but it feels amazing after the products Grace used :) thank you! Also very bubbly and easy to chat to! X

After spending the evening at the salon with Sarah sorting out my hair and Clare my body bits l came out feeling fantastic after not being able to have anything done due to lockdown, ladies you work your butt's off to make sure we feel good after a visit.

COVID secure arrival process was thorough and reassuring. Warm welcome as always. As it's been a few months since my last haircut Sarah carried out a comprehensive assessment of what my hair looked like it needed together with consulting me on what I wanted done in terms of cut and colour. Conversation flowed in this popular and friendly salon, giving a sense of the old 'normal life' that we miss. When the colour was working I had chance to read my book and enjoy a lovely cup of tea; it was bliss to switch off from reality for a while. Comfortable basins for shampooing which Grace did with just the right amount of pressure to add to the therapeutic benefits of my visit to the salon today. A totally top class professional cut and blow dry as ever, then we checked future appointments and I bounced out of the salon like I was in a TV advert. Can't thank Sarah, Claire and Grace enough for making me feel special every time I visit.

I had very long hair and wanted a lot cut off but was very nervous! Grace was very friendly, really put me at ease and checked that I was happy at every stage. She helped prepare my hair so that I can now donate it to 'The Little Princess Trust'. I love my new shorter hairstyle!

Clare is always so welcoming, professional and takes the time to talk through what your requirements are. I had a thoroughly relaxing Decleor facial which I recommend as they are so relaxing and give good results. Can’t wait for my next one!

A pleasure to be back in the salon for a long overdue haircut. Very professional and safe environment. Very pleased with be finished result.

After six months plus since my last cut, I was ready for a restyle. I sent Sarah a couple of photos and she advised me of my options. One week on and I'm still happy with the results. Sarah always takes a lot of time and care to make sure you leave happy and even though it can be a thirty minute drive to get to the salon, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

This was my first visit since February. In the meantime my daughter had cut my hair and although she hadn’t done a bad job she hadn’t done a good one! So Sarah had quite a challenge. I had highlights and restyle and was thrilled with the results. I was well looked after and felt that every precaution that could be taken had been. It was really impressive and very caring.

As always an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Good honest professional advice given . Would highly recommend.
