Today I got my hair, which was waist length, cut to my chin! I was really nervous but Maddie was so kind and fun and other salon workers made me feel so excited to do it. Maddie did an amazing job and I’m so pleased with the results! I love coming to tranquility as you get quality service everytime :)

I love Tara- she’s so friendly and helpful and funny. This is the first time I’ve had an appointment on a training Monday and it was fabulous. The tutor is always at hand to check on progress although I felt totally safe in Tara’s hands. Five star ⭐️ ‘s

Had a very enjoyable experience at the salon last week and was extremely pleased with the result. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a balayage with Natalie who gave a comprehensive consultation and a cut and finish with Lizzie. Lizzie also gave an excellent consultation and really listened and understood what I wanted. I also had a fabulous shampoo and scalp massage with Lily (I think). All round excellent service and I’ll definitely be back.

Received a warm welcome upon entering the salon and was offered refreshments, Tori was really friendly and did a lovely job with my hair. I came into the salon with dry damaged frazzled hair and left with love soft silky locks! I also picked up some hair care products which Tori recommended to keep my hair in top condition. Overall, relaxing experience with friendly welcoming staff.
