Charlie stepped in last minute due to timing issues at the salon, and she did a great job of my trim and blow-dry. Good advice too for using a hair masque to moisturise my hair and help counter yellow tones.

Attended a training session appointment for t-secrion highlights and cut/finish, a fantastic experience with Tara completing the highlights - Blondes and a few red highlights through which look lush! Cut completed by chloe, hair feels and looks much better, all with the support of jess who also is fantastic, with a really comfortable feel to the salon,

I think the stylist cut well and the result was quite near what I wanted. Felt the atmosphere in the salon was strained, I didn't really enjoy the whole experience.

Ellis my stylist is always cheerful and chatty. She knows how i want my hair and she always achieves it. Albeit sometimes tricky with double crown at the back of my head

I just love coming to Tranquility, you are made to feel so welcome by everyone. Karen always has the biggest smile to welcome you and nothing is too much of a problem.... I walk in feeling meh!... I walk out like "I've just stepped out of a salon!" if I can use that well known strap line...

Jaimi is an absolute magician and I always look forward to my appointments with her. She is a delight to talk to and is so good at what she does - so skilful.
