Jaimi was professional throughout. She made me feel at ease and offered me various options . She is flexible, friendly and approachable. The salon has plenty of natural light and is airy and spacious with a calm atmosphere. Highly recommended. Will book again.

Karen is always smiling and happy to create whatever picture George puts in front of her. In the last three haircuts he’s gone from COVID long hair to cool surfer dude to smart school boy all with a smile on his face which obviously helps to make a happy mother... totally enjoyable experience

There was a relaxing atmosphere which was very friendly and professional and as I don’t get much time to do things for myself , having my hair done is lush and I wouldn’t go anywhere else?

TheSalon looks lovely, the atmosphere is wonderful...welcoming, very friendly and professional.
My haircut was fab and just how I like it. Jessy took time before the cut and discuss how I wanted my hair cut. Jessy herself is really lovely and friendly.

Jessie is amazing, she is so chatty and friendly, makes me feel completely comfortable and at ease when having my hair done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. The atmosphere in the salon is lovely, everyone is very friendly. The salon is spotless and welcoming!

Excellent all round

Sam and Maddie together transformed the colours in my hair. Very vibrant exactly what I was looking for. They made it even more special by adding their personal touches and bringing their visions to life. They made me feel so relaxed - so much so that I even dozed off at one point. I can’t thank them both enough and really looking forward to next time.

Always an excellent service and great atmosphere. Jess is very imaginative and suggests changes to suit the person.

First time I have been here, I was a bit apprehensive as I hadn’t had my hair cut for a few years so it was quite long. There was a lovely atmosphere when I walked in and a nice greeting which made me feel at home, I showed Tilly. Picture of the style I wanted and she said it was a good choice. She shampooed and massaged my hair and then cut & blow dried it, she was very gentle and did a great cut, when she finished it looked just like the picture! I was very happy. I have already booked my next appointment and will definitely be staying with them.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good hairdressers.

Fantastic stylist. Having moved from Surrey I struggled for over a year to find a good stylist before getting a recommendation for Tranquillity. I have not found a good stylist I have found an excellent stylist. Highly recommend the salon.
