First haircut with Ellisha. She is a really kind, friendly woman who’s really nice to speak to. Really liked the way she checked that what she was doing with my hair was ok with me and she always made sure that she was happy with it. Loved the way it turned out. One of my best experiences with tranquility and so glad to have booked with her again in December. Well done Ellisha, you are amazing!!
Love the setting of tranquility and one of my favourite things to do is go there to have my hair cut. Never had a bad experience.

Arrived a little early, welcomed by name and shown to my seat. Offered coffee and chatted to the girls while I waited. Kate spent time discussing what to do with my hair this time. She's be cutting my hair for over 10 years so knows how it falls and what style suits me. She washed my hair and and gave the most fabulous head massage. The cut is perfect and scrunched dried to make the most of the curl. I literally bounce out if the salon and walk down the road like I'm on a catwalk! Once again, a wonderful hour spent with friends and I have a fabulous hair cut too!

I hated going to get my haircut for years. Put it off and I hadn’t had a cut in around 2 1/2 years. So when booked with Sam was a little nervous but she was fantastic. After a little discussion, she chopped a lot of the end and have basically started again with shoulder length hair and I love it. My hair feels fantastic and just been for my second trim, the colour is stunning and exactly what I wanted. Makes me feel comfortable and styles exactly how I ask.
