Even though I am a regular and long standing client Kate always holds a thorough consultation before she starts on my hair to ensure I leave happy, all of the girls are friendly, plenty of choice of hot and cold drinks, magazines and free wifi, perfect :)

What a lovely time I had today in the salon. Tilly was amazing as always with the colour pots and hairdryer! Festive chocolate instead of usual biscuits were great as was the Christmas music playing to get everyone in the Christmas mood. Thank you for a great time!

Usual friendly service. Offered a drink. Bit surprised by the big price increase for 2018 nearly 30% way above inflation.

All the staff are friendly and welcoming, Tilly invited me to sit down then came over to take my coat and check how I wanted my perm to look, then proceeded to do it really well. I'm very happy with it - thanks Tilly.

Such welcoming and friendly people, nothing was too much, and very clean! For a cold day, the salon was just warm enough without being stuffy. Was my first time going in, just had a little trim and tidied the fringe but Tilly was lovely and gave so many tidbits of wisdom to help me manage at home between appointments. Thoroughly recommend!
