I haven’t changed hairdressers for many years so I was slightly apprehensive. The salon staff were very welcoming from receptionist to my stylist Jaimi and Cat who not only washed my hair, massage my head and put on a hair mask, which was an unexpected treat Jaimi was lovely and we discussed what I would like from my haircut. She put me at ease and understood the style I had and what needed to be done to get it back in shape. I was very please with the result both the cut and the styling. Considering it was a busy Saturday I did not feel rushed. Everything was very calm and the staff attentive.
It was a lucky find for me and I would throughly recommend this Salon. I will definitely be going back to Jaimi as now I have moved to Street the salon is very situated.
Thank you to everyone that made me feel very welcome. I even bought a hair product as I like the styled finish it created.

Poor Tilly was ill… I got a very apologetic call offering to rearrange or have a different stylist… very accommodating and considerate. Sam was brilliant understanding, chatty yet professional and put me totally at ease. I had every confidence my hair was safe in her hands. Tranquility is the first proper hair salon that I have used and the whole experience was far less daunting than I thought. All staff are friendly and welcoming. I am so grateful for the great care and kindness I was shown by Ellis today and Maddie who I spoke with over the phone prior. I have recently been losing my hair which has caused me great concern. Ellis advised me on many aspects of how to take care of my hair whilst this is happening. I now have a wonderful haircut and my hair feels and looks so much better.
