Cant remember the names of the hair dressers, as I see different ones, but they are all excellent, the young lady that did my hair today, also very kindly, sorted out a problem with my i phone, bless her, I was very gratefukk

Really lovely experience, lovely hair wash, cut and dye. The hair colour wasn’t what I wanted, I was told we could get a lot brighter than it is but other than that the experience itself was lovely and it wasn’t expensive at all.

Sam was amazing as always.

As always I had a wonderful hour at Tranquility: a warm welcome, lovely pot of tea, brilliant cut and blow dry from Tilly (as well as very good advice). The only reason I wish I still had my colour done is so that I could spend longer in the salon each time I come! Thank you Tilly and the whole team for a real treat this afternoon

Perfect results exactly what I wanted

Having only just moved to the area I had checked out other salons and soon as I walked in to Tranquility I instantly felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Becky the receptionist asked if I had time for a consult and was handed over to Sam and after discussing my requirements I was happy to book an appointment. I'm delighted with the outcome of my hair and Sam is very attentive and a very good hairdresser.. All the staff are friendly, happy and also very professional. I'm definitely going back ❤️

Ellis gave me a great color consultation after throughly listening to my thoughts and wishes, she gave great advice and I’m
excited to see the results on the next appointment. The haircut today was also great, love the new framing of the face with soft bangs looking very natural and fresh.

I always have my hair done by Ellis. I went to Ellis and spoke to her about my hair and told her what I wanted I was advised what would and wouldn’t work for my hair she’s very patient always makes me feel comfortable and welcome. If I have any questions she is always there to answer them the best she can. We recently went for a colour change and I absolutely love it. I will never go to any one else now. I highly recommend Ellis!

I came for the first time to Tranquility and had a ladies cut and finish with Ellis. I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist who offered me a gorgeous coffee whilst i waited. Ellis ran through my expectations and reccomended to my face shape so confidently i felt so comfortbale. She offered the best head massage whilst washing my hair, dreamy! I'm so happy with my hair cut and the service. I felt so pampered.

I always love coming to get my hair done! Jessy is always so so amazing she’s so talented! Love how she has styled my hair as I had a new cut today! So helpful and lovely atmosphere. Ellisha listened to exactly what I wanted and explained what she could do to achieve the hair I wanted. Overall really lovely people and I’m very happy with my balayage!

My first visit to the salon and definitely one of the best cuts I’ve ever had. I hadn’t got an appointment booked but they slotted me in within 30 minutes. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ve already booked my next appointment. Thank you.
