Thank you once againT&G and of course Molly for a super haircut. I am off to Germany so wishing you and your daughter some fun in the heatwave next week. I do hope you made it to Rounders and didn’t bow out! Remember your colleague ran into a tree for goodness sake but still carried on. Not quite sure you need to do that, but have fun all the same.

I’ve been going to Toni and Guy in Bath for years. I always book at short notice so have had loads of different people cut my hair. The cuts are always great. This time I chose Elliot because I wanted a lot cut off and I knew he would do it confidently. I’m really chuffed with my new short style. :)

Not been for a while ... so back with Liam for a cut and Lisa for a colour ... not disappointed both amazing ... walked out feeling normal again !!! Colour just what I wanted the the cut was brilliant thanks !

There was a some dispute re lunch times with a member of staff ,at reception! thought unprofessional
My stylist v friendly and a god consultation , back wash good v good junior a guy , stylist cut and styled my hair

But when home and I had my hair blow dried the front graduation not even
I rebooked this Monday and had corrected a dry trim ,
I think for £53 firstly hair cut should of been perfect
I travelled 30 miles especially
And I think a complementary treatment blow dried should of been offered as good Client care , no refreshments offered when arrived , think that should be addressed too .

Great to see all the staff at T&G once more, always a pleasure friendly and relaxing. Super haircut from Molly, thank you. And to boot I have learnt that Molly has a fabulous family with lots of Nans, more in fact than most retirement homes, everyday is a school day at Toni & Guy in Bath! ????

The staff were all very friendly, made me feel comfortable as never been in salon before. Emma did my hair, it was as I wanted, lots of body and fullness, pleased with the end result.

Tom did a fantastic job of giving me a well needed fresh style. After recently moving to bath and having had the same hair dresser for 19 years I was a bit apprehensive to try another salon. I was put at ease from the moment I arrive. All of the staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Will definitely be returning!

T&G always does a good cut. The service is hit and miss sometimes - I was asked twice if I wanted a drink but still never got the glass of water I asked twice for! - but they tend to be friendly. There’s a slight air of it being hair cutting factory and they’re always running late, but I’ve been pleased with the cut itself.

Thanks Lisa for giving me a real lift and going all out with the gorgeous colour - a classy red! Love it. Get well soon Elliot - no cut today.

Emily at the Bath New Bond St salon, cut my son’s hair for the first time. Henry has Downs Syndrome and hates having his hair cut, but she was wonderful with him, jollying him along, and giving him a quick and very cool haircut at the same time. Thanks Emily xxx

Just had my hair coloured by Kirsty no cut by Liam As always I have emerged feeling like a new woman absolutely fabulous!!

Ada did my hair nicely. She cut it well and then we asked if she could do Dutch plaits and she was happy to do that!

I've got more complements in one day than in past six months, all about my hair, most important it suits me, it's what I wanted and more, I'm introvert so it's hard for me to find a common ground but-no forced chitchat, comfy, just right and Elliott from Bath branch is miracle worker ❤️

Very good hair cut, good salon

Going to a new hairdressers is always a relatively nerve wracking experience for me. Not quite sure I wasted the energy, as the whole experience was great! Tom is just the loveliest man, who puts you at ease immediately. His advice on cut and colour were great and the execution of both swift and painless! I had a great laugh and everyone was genuinely lovely. Thank you so much.

Tom is brilliant at everything he does! Everytime I see him he tailors the service and readjusts to ensure I get the best outcome. He's friendly, approachable, and has excellent standards making sure you leave the salon feeling amazing.
All the staff in the salon are helpful and friendly and don't ever make you feel rushed of awkward while waiting for your appointment. It has a real team feel and as though everyone is happy to be there.

Had a cut and blow dry with Elliot. He’s chatty and interested and does a great cut and fabulous straighten on my thick, wavy hair.

I’m really pleased with this haircut it looks so much healthier now after a good trim and the staff were all so polite and welcoming :)
