Always fantastic service. Emily is just the loveliest lady she is a fantastic stylist and a great girl. I have to say ALL the staff are really talented, friendly, sociable and polite. The salon always has a lovely atmosphere they really come across as a family. Would not go anywhere else

Lisa colours my hair every time and she does an amazing job !! Does exactly what I ask !! Brilliant

The team are incredibly friendly. Liam listens and also offers his expertise in a way that you end up with the perfect cut.

It was the first time I'd been to Toni and Guy and I wasn't disappointed. I felt totally relaxed and at ease.
I wanted a fringe which I hadn't had in years and my hairdresser Cerys talked me through every stage of the haircut making sure I ended up with the exact length and style I was happy with.

Excellent service as normal. Very good cut of my thick strong hair. Talked to me about what type of cut I wanted and made good suggestions to guide me. Every part of the service handled very well.

I had my hair cut by Ada in Bath. Best haircut i have had for a long time. Ada really lovely and listens to how you wish to have your hair done. Definately returning.

It was like no one wanted to work or be there. Really disappointing.

I am never disappointed in the customer care and the technical ability of Elliot.

He is always very friendly and professional and I have always been delighted with the haircut I receive.

The whole team is welcoming and I love the online booking system. I live in the UAE and get my hair cut each time I come back, this is such a brilliant service...but you need to offer the option to cancel online too.

Really disappointed with the experience I received here. Heard really good things from the reviews and also from a friend but was shocked as I walked into the salon to a group of staff standing behind reception who all stopped talking and stared at me which i found intimating, I asked if they had any availability for a wash and blow dry. No one responded at first, all looked each other, I felt extremely awkward and with out even really looking at the computer a lady called ***** replied "not today we don't." No offer to look for another day or to offer any type of help at all. It was like they just didn't want to work. The salon was very quiet at the time also. When I then turned to walk out ***** then in a very sarcastic voice said "bye then" and everyone started giggling with someone say "LOL *****!" as I left hence why I know the girl that served myself s name . I felt so embarrassed and intimidated. My advice, do not go here, beautiful salon, Very bitc*y team!

First visit to T&G Bath yesterday. A big thank you to Sarah for making me feel so welcome. She did a great job with my colour and I love the results. She understood what I was trying to achieve and how to get this. I had a cut afterwards however, this was really disappointing. The lady did not engage with me nor did she make me feel welcome. It was if I was a burden to her day. The cut took all of 5 minutes and dried off. Finish is ok but disappointed with her customer service skills. Perhaps an area of development for 2019.

I'm so grateful to the people who helped me yesterday! I had a bad haircut a few months ago, went in yesterday and was made to feel so comfortable and welcome, my stylist (Tom) was so great, he really took some time to talk things through with me and come up with a style that works with what I've got! I've had my hair done here a few times in the past, am so glad I went back. Now I'm not crying when I look in the mirror! Thank you so much! I would highly recommend this salon.

As ever, it's a joy to visit the Bath salon where the teamwork is self-evident and the training pays off in the skillsets of the stylists and their assistants. Pricey but worth it.

My first consultation with Elliott and he wanted to find out exactly what I liked and disliked from previous hairdressers I have seen. We discussed what type of cut I could manage at home. That’s called getting to know your client! I was impressed. If I had a problem with the cut he asked me to pop back.

No pressure to buy hair products which would certainly have put me off.

Lots of banter made the whole experience pleasurable. I will certainly go back. Well done Elliott.

Loved the hair cut

I booked an appointment on line about ten days ago, and when I arrived they couldn't find the booking. This is weird because I got a message the previous day reminding me of the appointment. I was then informed that my stylist was off for a couple of weeks, which is fine. I do wish that I had been told prior to my arrival so I would have avoided a thirty mile round trip and re=scheduled at a later date. I was given another stylist, who wasn't especially friendly. She did the cut and it was "alright" but not what I was used to. She then tried to charge me about twenty pounds more than I usually pay. I challenged it and she smirked and said that she would just have to take my word for it, She then said she could find no record of me in the system, even though I had been going to this salon for over four years, so she was going to put me in as a new client. The whole experience was very unpleasant.

Great service from Liam and Lisa. Love my cut and colour!! They take lots of time to listen to what you really want and are brilliant at what they do!
