Tallullah and I enjoyed having our long overdue hair cut by Cath and Shannon. We loved the changes made to the Salon and it was great to see them back adjusting to the new normal.

Was very good. I went from very long to very short in order to go a natural colour rather than get it coloured. She did it one length to make sure I wanted more off which I did. Just to make sure.

Was pleased with my colour and the technician was good and she checked at the end whether I was pleased with it. Other parts of my visit didn’t match the customer service she gave me.

I tried many places in bath before this became my one and only go to salon. Layla is so talented and just gets it. Excellent, honest advice, intuitive and amazing results. She knows her stuff on both colour and cut inside out and is great at bouncing ideas off. You know you're in great hands. Salon itself - everything you need without the frills - all staff are lovely, wash basins comfy, great drinks / snacks (important when having loads done). Great customer service, laid back and great value - with loads of options for extras like super conditioning extra to meet whatever your needs are. Can't recommend enough :)

I hate to write a bad review for anyone but I want to advise others to spend their money elsewhere: the stylist was so rough and was really rushing, and I ended up with a wonky cut. She took no care whatsoever and I was cringing the whole way through. She blow-dried my hair with no technique whatsoever and I've never seen my hair look so frizzy! Assuming this was because she was going to straighten it, she then announced she'd finished... despite telling me at the beginning that she'd style it straight. Thinking about it now, it was probably to disguise the fact that she'd cut my hair wonky. I won't be going back. (3 star service for the lovely girl who served me tea and biscuits!)
Great cut. I cannot use your basins as I
have a defibrillator fitted. As such i shampoo at home and rush to the salon for a cut. Becky is new to me, Bella , now at home with new baby hss done my hair for years.
