*apologies if I have the incorrect stylist* This was a walk-in appointment. I was welcomed in, advised on the services (I wanted a trim), then advised on the style of cut for my type of hair, I was offered the deep conditioning treatment as part of my wash and blow dry. I also had my hair curled. I felt comfortable and trsuted my stylist completely; I will definitely be back! This experience has restored my faith in hair dressers. Thank you!

Last minute change made to my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, in a quandary now as I was more than happy with usual stylist Kim, however Jason washed, cut and styled my hair today and I’m really happy with the results, he is very professional but also friendly and I felt at ease in his company, we talked about a whole range of things, I really enjoyed my visit today, he and Kim are a credit to Regis.

As always, Sarah gets what I want from my hair cut each time. Polite, friendly respectful. Great to catch up. Definitely a good decision to choose Regis Telford. Thankyou

Honestly the best experience I’ve had in a hair salon, I wasn’t really sure what I wanted at first but I knew i wanted it short, and I can honestly say I’m confident in my new look and I’ll definitely be booking again. Recently found Regis in Telford Town Centre. After having had over 12 months chemo and losing my hair I needed guidance with my new completely different hair. Then I found Jason.
He completely understood where I was coming from and styled my short hair into an easy to look after pixie cut. Went back on Friday for a trim and to discuss what to do next and came away full of confidence that I was being looked after.
Can’t praise Jason enough.
