This was my second visit 🤔 I think to my local salon. And again I found the staff very good, and friendly.
My 12 year old son had had a couple of bad experiences with hair stylists and become very nervous about having his hair cut. It had been about 18 months since he'd had a haircut. Jason put him at ease straight away. Explaining each step of the way what he thought he needed to do and checking with Dani first. We left with a very happy Dani. Made his next appointment for 6 weeks time. 😁

I always enjoy my visit to the salon in telford. I have been going for a good few years and have always enjoyed my visit. Sarah always looks after me, with a nice cup of tea,we always have a good chat. She never needs to ask what I want as she knows.
Had my hair foiled and cut by Jayson today .Very happy with results. Jason was very friendly and helpful and a good coffee maker.

Wanted to love it. But I don’t :( initial colour was wrong, second colour was much better. But ultimately it just isn’t what I asked for, and isn’t anything like the photo I sent. But after 4 hours an already dead phone. And already mentioning the colour issue I just wanted to go home.
As always, first class service. Delighted with the work done by Sarah. She is thoughtful and understanding.

Had my hair colored, washed, cut and blow dry. Kim did a good job on it. Everyone was very pleasant and did offer me a drink while waiting. I would recommend Regis to my friends and family and have made another appointment for next month.
