My stylist, Jade, offers really good advice and always wants to make sure that my hair cut will be manageable for me at home. My hair is thick and my cuts normally take quite a long time but she never rushes and always makes sure it's exactly right.
The salon is really nice, they always offer you a drink and the massage chairs at the basins are really relaxing.

It was the first time visiting the salon and was made to feel welcome and relaxed. Jo my stylist gave me a consultation to find out what I wanted. Jo was very friendly and put me at ease. All the way through cutting kept me in the loop on what she was doing why she was cutting the way she was. Very impressed and loving my new hair. Definitely going back.

Always have Megan to style my hair. She is very competent and friendly. She asked what a would like and then explains what’s she’s going to do. The Salon its self is clean, tidy and all staff are friendly.

I have been coming to Rizzo Hairdressing, Wellington for about 5 years and I will continue to have my hair done there for many years to come! Jade is a dream - she has transformed my hair over the past few years, and I couldn't be more grateful.
Jade also did balayage on my hair a few weeks ago - I had toyed with having balayage done for a few years but was nervous that it would look too unnatural.
Jade listened compassionately and I was absolutely thrilled with my hair.Jade is incredibly skilled and always cuts, colours, and styles your hair in a way to suit you. Thank you team Rizzo, you are a wonderful bunch!

I have left the salon feeling great. I was so well looked after and accommodated with the teamwork displayed by the staff to fulfil what I wanted. The advice given is knowledgeable and in your interest not rehearsed spiel. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable and left feeling positive and more confident. Thankyou xxx

After reading so many positive reviews I decided to give it a go. I asked for a mocha balayage, wanted my hair dark and definitely not blonde. As first impression at 7pm when I finished, my hair looked ok although is not the colour I asked for but after less than 2 weeks my hair are much lighter and turning into gold. I was not happy with the outcome at all and most of all with the price I have been charged. £190 including cut. Absolutely exaggerated price especially if the outcome is not what I wanted

Had a haircut by Molly with some bangs added. Was a little bit concerned about the bangs at first due to never having a fringe or anything similar, let Molly know of this and she was extremely accommodating and made the perfect recommendation of not going so short initially. Beyond happy with my hair, Molly talked me through each process so I knew exactly what was going on. Perfect blow dry and curl at the end too along with some product recommendations that I’d asked about. Start to finish really pleased - thanks Molly! :)

Megan did my hair today T section, cut & blowdry. Consultation on colours to begin, then straight to it. Had a fab head massage during my treatment and a great result all round. Love it x

Overall excellent service and lovely haircut for Hayden , however I just think £26 for a haircut for a 10 year is quite expensive and I was told it would be £20 on the previous visit.

Very dissatisfied with the outcome of my colour! I wanted a clean blonde. Having sat for nearly two and half hours I had to then wait for another 35 minutes until they went to get the toner from another shop! When she eventually washed the toner off instead of a clean blonde the front and right side of my hair was a silvery blue colour and all she said was after a few washes it should be ok and if not to come back in and she would add some more highlights! This is not the service and outcome for the price charged that I would expect. I am extremely disappointed in her flippant attitude of ‘just try washing it a few times’ This certainly does not give me the confidence in returning to the salon and even recommending the salon to others!

Sophie explained everything to both of us and gave us good advice. She did my daughter hair with love and care. My daughter found her very polite and she made her feel very comfortable. In the future my daughter only wants to see Sophie. Well done Rizzo you have done me and my daughter proud with excellent service, efficient service and superb results. Will definitely return.

I had my haircut by Lilly earlier today.
She carefully listened to how I wanted to have my hair cut and put the time in to make sure I was happy with the result.
I have already booked my second appointment for colour and cannot wait to return!
