I went for my normal wash and cut as was going to see a show in London
To say I was disappointed is an understatement..... I look like I lego head, and this has upset me as it was my London trip haircut
I probably won't return, even tho have been going to Rizzo for 12 months
It's what the stylist wants to do, not what I wanted

As always when I have a. Wash, cut and blowdry with Saori I leave the salon very satisfied and feeling good. She cares about the condition of your hair and makes sure she doesn’t leave your hair in bad condition. Very happy with my service today thank you. 5 stars as no room for improvement

Always pleased with the way my hair looks and feels when I have visited Rizzo, my Christmas cut was no exception. Jade knows my hair and me so she interprets just what I am trying to achieve.

Great style just what I wanted

Always come to Rizzo’s and always book on with Jade. I have no skill styling my own hair but Jade always gives brilliant suggestions as to what will suit me and styles which will suit my lifestyle. She cuts based on what is best for me , not what the latest fad may be. I always love the way she cuts, as it grows out it retains its shape so continues to look good weeks later

Booked in last minute for a long overdue cut, ive only been to Rizzo once before a few years ago so was unsure what to expect - felt totally pampered when I was there, Libby listened to exactly what I wanted and has done a lovely cut of my hair that im super happy with. Was friendly and chatty and the overall experience was fab, have rebooked again for a future appointment as the experience and cut were so nice. Thank you! :)

I've been coming to Rizzo and Jade for a number of years now and I'm always happy with the results. The staff in Rizzo from Jo on reception to stylist Jade are excellent, always a warm welcome. Makes you feel 'special'. Couldn't recommend Jade and Rizzo enough.

This was my first visit at Rizzo and my experience was better than I’d hoped for!
From walking through the door and being greeted straight away, the salon was decorated with lovely Christmas decorations and had a warm atmosphere.

Even though it was really busy the noise level wasn’t bad. Megan listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered! She was very thorough and made sure I was happy at each stage. I had quite a lot chopped off, around 4.5 inches!

My overall experience exceeded my expectations, I’m really happy with the result will definitely return! :)

As always I am delighted with my experience today. I had a cut, treatment and blow dry...every aspect is delivered with expertise.

Amazing service as always. Megan listened to my concerns about an itchy scalp and suggested we try a "no ammonia" colour instead which has suited me better. Always happy with my hair thanks to Megan!

From the moment you walk into the salon you feel relaxed. The decor and the music is welcoming and the staff are really friendly, all creates a comfortable atmosphere. Pheobe listened to what I wanted and coloured my hair exactly as I explained. Really happy with the result. Offered a lovely coffee and mince pie while waiting for the colour to develop. I love the massage chairs while having my hair washed and Pheobe gave my a great head massage too. I feel so pampered when I leave wth my new hair style which makes me feel great, the whole experience is a really treat.

As always fantastic people who do a fantastic job!!! Jade never fails to impress me every time I go !! The girls always do a fab job of looking me through out my time there and the Christmas cake mince pies and biscoff biscuits and coffee went down a treat

Meg always makes me smile and is a very special lady. I am always very happy with the way she cuts and styles my hair.

As is usual, Meg made a fabulous job of my cut and style. The salon atmosphere has a great, friendly atmosphere. Always greeted by a beaming smile and welcome from Jo. A big shout-out to Phoebe for her shampooing and cheerful banter.

I have lived in Shropshire now for 13 years and in that time, I have probably had 5 to 6 hairdressers for one reason or another. Sometimes, my fave stylist moves on🤷. I feel like I have finally met my fave fave stylist. She is simply wonderful, I am not good at knowing what I want, she is patient and takes me through the journey. As she gets to know me, I say less and less. Love that! My husband commented today that he felt I have found the one... Always leave feeling amazing 😍 thank you Jade 🙌👏

I've been using Rizzo, and Jade for a number of years. The service provided by Jade is exceptional. She is extremely attentive and is very honest and constructive when you are speaking about your hair and colouring or cutting. I've got to know Jade over the years and it's just so lovely and relaxing being in her capable hands. The salon has always had a nice atmosphere and the additional small businesses within the salon environment are a real bonus! One stop shop for hair, beauty and relaxation.
