Im sorry to have to say but I was not happy with the service I received from ***** last night. I have been coming to your salon for around 5 years, and had been very happy with the politeness and respect which Anthony and other staff showed. I had a 7pm appointment last night and felt that ***** had had a very stressful day and couldn’t wait to finish. Firstly I was taken straight to the wash basins to have my hair washed, which lasted about 1 minute which was extremely uncomfortable, never being asked if I was in a comfortable position. Also in the past I’d been seated beforehand and asked how I would like my hair cut, which I always have in other salons too. I feel like ***** couldn’t wait to finish and rushed my cut and blow dry. I paid £45 for an experienced stylist and come away with a ‘box cut’ I’m not happy at all.

Jayde was so lovely and welcoming & I absolutely loved my haircut and finish, she gave me exactly what I was after and the finish was gorgeous, highly recommend!

Sophie was amazing as always - she always takes the time to do a proper consultation before to make sure you’re both on the same page. I absolutely love my hair colour and she’s always so lovely too making it an amazing experience all round.

Totally brilliant from start to finish. Wow factor style with precision and attention to detail. Friendly and very good fun too. Special mention to Sandy for customer service worthy of 5* hotel. Professional attitude towards H&S and pleasant surroundings. Luke will no doubt be poached at some point As he is really outstanding.

After 18 months of hair extensions I didn’t have much in the way of strong healthy hair to work with, went in expecting to have to have it cut super short. Luke put me at ease and discussed different styles with me, and how to get my hair healthier after such a long time of damaging it, I’ve gone from long straggly lifeless hair to a much more nourished long bob! Only a few hours since getting it done and I’ve had loads of compliments, will recommend to everyone in the Shrewsbury area, thank you to Luke for boosting my confidence!

Excellent service as usual. Luke is fairly new to the salon and is a brilliant hair stylist. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Sandy is always welcoming and chatty. Have gone to Rizzos for years and always been satisfied

I've been a customer of Rizzo's for some years now, both in Wellington and Shrewsbury and my experience has always been great. The staff are lovely and friendly as well as being very professional. I wholely recommend these salons.

Another trip to the salon has resulted in Luke lightening my very dark locks into sunkissed perfection. A great team working together so I can just relax and let Luke work his magic!

I had a warm welcome as soon as I arrived. A lovely coffee. Massage chair. Sophie was lovely and she made sure I was happy with what she was doing.She was able to consult me on going lighter to reduce look of grey hair growth.

Customer care is very important in this salon. The salon itself is very relaxing and beautifully decorated. All the staff are friendly and make sure you are being looked after with tea and coffee etc.
Kellie was my stylist, she was very conscientious and lovely person. She listened to what I wanted and was creative with her cutting skills. I really did feel I had a whole new hairstyle. Many thanks

Love going to Rizzo in Shrewsbury to get my hair done, it's a cosy salon and although I haven't been going long I have found Jayde really easy to talk to and explain what I want, she listens and knows exactly what I mean. I have always left feeling really happy with my hair.

Really lovely salon. The staff are friendly and welcoming and Sophie did a brilliant job of cutting my hair. The salon has a nice relaxed atmosphere and the massage chair when you get your hair washed is a nice little touch. I can't wait to go back again.

Popped in on the off chance and got a great haircut with soothing backwash an extra indulgence. Lucky to get the top stylist. and great cake at < £30 - thanks guys - I would suggest a slightly stronger coffee as some area for improvement.
