After having long shapeless hair for years, I booked my appointment needing something different, but apprehensive to do so. Sophie was patient, cutting it in stages, and took control when I hesitated, which was exactly what I needed! Overall super happy with the results, will definitely be coming back again!

Would never go anywhere else to have my hair dyed. Worth every penny. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Katie did my hair and she’s brilliant.

I’m new to Shrewsbury & was nervous sbout viditing a new salon, but a recommendation to visit Luke @ Rizzo was great advice!
Luke really took the time to find out about my hair (what it’s like, what products I use, how I like it finished etc) which really helped.
He gave me such a lovely cut & blow-dry - the best I’ve had in years.
I’m delighted & think I’ve found my new hairdresser!

i saw Luke on Saturday. It took 8 weeks to get in with him. And it was worth it!
I am a recently retired stylist and owner. So this was my first time being a client in over 25 years.
So I’m sure he was just as nervous as I was. He did a great job during the consultation. And the cut he gave me is absolutely perfect. I styled it myself today and it styled so easily. The colour is nice. Although i wish he had gone a bit brighter and more dramatic But we will chat about that in 7 weeks when u see him again. He’s so great. We laughed. He was super professional. The atmosphere is ok. Everyone seems friendly enough. I’m excited to go back and would definitely recommend Luke and the salon to friends and family.

Had my hair cut by Katie at the Shrewsbury salon two weeks ago, so good I returned today for a colour. Katie has done a fantastic job in taking my highlighted frizzy hair to a gorgeous chocolate brown, love it. Booked my next appointment.

As always a warm,friendly welcome from the lovely Sandie and the other young lady; sorry I don't know her name. Luke cut/coloured my hair for the 1st time today. He took time to ask exactly what I wanted and then worked magic turning an overgrown mop into a 'crowning glory'. Absolutely thrilled with the result. Thank You

First impressions of the salon were very good - a well designed, upmarket ambience with excellent decor and lighting. More importantly the welcome from Sandy and the team was friendly and professional. I enjoyed the relaxing hair wash with massage chair and footrest. Luke listened carefully to understand what I wanted and created a super cut and blow dry in a friendly way, paying a great deal of attention to the cutting and finishing. Sandy also provided a welcome cappuccino! I was sufficiently impressed to want to return and have booked another appointment.

Im sorry to have to say but I was not happy with the service I received from ***** last night. I have been coming to your salon for around 5 years, and had been very happy with the politeness and respect which Anthony and other staff showed. I had a 7pm appointment last night and felt that ***** had had a very stressful day and couldn’t wait to finish. Firstly I was taken straight to the wash basins to have my hair washed, which lasted about 1 minute which was extremely uncomfortable, never being asked if I was in a comfortable position. Also in the past I’d been seated beforehand and asked how I would like my hair cut, which I always have in other salons too. I feel like ***** couldn’t wait to finish and rushed my cut and blow dry. I paid £45 for an experienced stylist and come away with a ‘box cut’ I’m not happy at all.

Sophie was amazing as always - she always takes the time to do a proper consultation before to make sure you’re both on the same page. I absolutely love my hair colour and she’s always so lovely too making it an amazing experience all round.

Totally brilliant from start to finish. Wow factor style with precision and attention to detail. Friendly and very good fun too. Special mention to Sandy for customer service worthy of 5* hotel. Professional attitude towards H&S and pleasant surroundings. Luke will no doubt be poached at some point As he is really outstanding.
