Having recently moved to the area I was a little nervous going to a new salon. I absolutely needn’t have worried. Kellie was brilliant she really took the time to listen & made some great suggestions. I am thrilled with my cut & colour. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

Sophie took time to listen and understand what I wanted, even though I didn't quite know myself! She showed me some pictures and understood also what I didn't want. I am so pleased with the cut she gave me and the layering. Thank you Sophie, I will be back!

This was my first time visiting Rizzo's, I'm also a really fussy customer when it comes to my hair so was a bit nervous. Luke was fantastic, really listened to what I wanted and put me at ease. My hair looks amazing and feels it. Sophie was quite chatty and nice to me whilst I was having my hair cut. It made me feel at ease.

Lilly coloured my hair yesterday from a deep red to dark with caramel highlights. She was professional and in such a little time of training transitioned my hair back to a more natural colour. Thank you Lilly, you are amazing. ?

The first of many haircuts with Jayde! I’m absolutely delighted with the style and felt well and truly taken care of during my visit to Rizzo Shrewsbury salon. Can’t recommend her enough.

Love Kellie she's so lovely. And nice to get a Refresh. The only issue is that for the price of £85 it wasn't a bright copper tone that I wanted. Still nicely done. But not feeling as wow from the outcome considering how much it was.

Absolutely fabulous. The cut is superb and the style gorgeous. Thank you very much. Will see you in the new year.
