I booked an appointment on a whim, as I desperately needed a hair cut. I’d never been to Rizzo before. I’ll definitely be going back!
Lovely, spacious, clean salon, Danni made me feel at ease, and really understood what I wanted from my hair cut. A lovely girl with great talent. Thank you!

Felt really relaxed and lovely to have a proper pampering. Dani's head massage was lovely. The salon felt very covid safe and I enjoyed the experience.

Lovely place, good cut and style of VERY grown out post-lockdown hair. Felt v safe as Luke wore a mask and visor, cleaned seat and equipment. Would recommend - and I’ve tried several Shrewsbury salons.

First time at rizzos this Morning. Dani was very friendly but professional she really took the time to know my hair and my end goal. Had a lot of damaged hair cut off but was really happy with the cut and the advice given will be back for my colour

Rizzo is a beautifully presented locally owned salon that always feels like a treat to visit - Jayde has been working with my hair for a while now and always remembers what I like, what suits me and how to cut and colour to suit my beauty routine. She’s efficient and gives the best head massages (seriously: they’re amazing) and we always have a great chat when I come in. My hair always feels so much healthier after a visit and I find it so much easier to style and manage thanks to the quality of the cut. Luke is the best hairdresser I have ever had. He always listens to how I would like my hair to look and I'm never disappointed with the outcome.

I had an appointment with Jade who I have been happy with before but because you’d overbooked I was palmed off with ***** , who I was not happy with at all ! Just because you were busy I don’t think I got the luxury cut and blow dry I was expecting,I didn’t get the hair treatment when washed ,l was told I had the wrong kind of hair ,but last time I came the girl offered me the treatment!
I didn’t get the type of bob cut I showed him (short, but all one length at the back) mine was chopped and layered too thin for my fine hair , I feel very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be back.

Jayde took over from Luke who was booked up after the shut down. My hair was like a hay stack, not having been cut in July since February. Jayde restyled it beautifully although it was a little too short, with my ears exposed. Her first cut has held brilliantly and she listened carefully to what I wanted today. I am very happy that we are back on track.

I just want to say how amazing Jessica did on my hair, I must say is she very talent!!

I am really pleased with my hair and will definitely be returning. Sophie was able to give me the loft in my colour I needed whilst keeping it natural looking. The environment was relaxing and whilst all safety precautions were being adhered to it did not feel an unusual or forced experience.

First colour and cut with Danni and she was amazing. Love my colour and Danni is really knowledgeable about my curly hair. Can’t recommend this salon enough, friendly and very careful regarding COVID 19. Had no worries as social distancing adhered to.

As ever a superb cut and inspite of masks etc a pleasant experience. Thanks Luke.

I was greeted at the door amazing I had a massage chair to relax in whilst having my hair washed amazing the staff are so friendly fantastic atmosphere I came out feeling and looking amazing I have never experienced a salon like it the most important thing of all is that the staff listen to what you want and they give a honest opinion. I have in the past had a very bad experience in a salon once so I have been very nervous with someone doing my hair I'm so impressed with this salon that I even brought some products and have booked another appointment in six weeks and soooooo looking forward to it amazing thank you so much x

Jayde was very professional and highly skilled at correcting my home hair disaster. She explained the process and helped me to understand how to take care of my hair. The result was brilliant and made me so happy ?

Luke gave me a lovely wash and blow dry including toner. I felt like a million dollars and he even took a lovely picture of me too which I’m using on all my social media profiles!

Felt extremely comfortable from the minute I entered the salon, with all the necessary procedures in place given the current circumstances. I’ve just had my first haircut since lockdown, with Luke. I decided to leave my hair longer than normal and Luke has cut it beautifully as usual. I never have to explain more than once. He is a superb stylist.
