I’ve been a regular to Rizzo for many years. Initially at their Wellington branch and then I followed Jayde to the Shrewsbury branch. Although Jayde has progressed to Salon Manager, she has not lost her touch as a stylist and her head massages are amazing!

I went in to Rizzos for a cut and reshape, It was the first time I had been to the salon and I was very pleased with the result, which was exactly what I had asked for. My stylist Dani took time to discuss what I wanted and really listened to me. I’m really pleased and would definitely go back to Dani again.

Sophie as good as ever but the new girl who assisted with the treatment and shampoo was very rough with my hair. Back of my top was wet too.

Sophie has been colouring and cutting my hair for a few years now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with it. I love my balayage, which is incredibly low maintenance. I consistently get great service and beautiful hair every time.

I am over the moon with my hair! To go from a grown out balayage, to a fabulous blonde in one sitting is amazing! Dani is an amazing hair dresser, so knowledgeable and makes you feel a million dollars!

Visited after a friend referred me, I asked for a price list. They said they don’t have one but for what I wanted started at £38 depending on the person who cuts it, they then asked when I would like the appointment in which I replied today. They immediately asked me to take a seat and started washing my hair. I then felt concerned and asked how much it would be, she replied £55. I now felt under pressure to continue and felt bad to leave so I mentioned that my friend who referred me paid only £33. I think she replied that it must have been cut by someone else. She then just continued and didn’t ask me if her price was okay. Also it was quite hot inside. I just looked and no prices listed on their website are even that high. The result was good but I wish you had been more fair with me and given me time to decide. Now I wish I had never stepped through the door. I feel a bit scammed and I wish they can refund the difference.

i’m chuffed with my hair cut today. i have difficult hair ... its very fine. But it looks great today. Nice ambience in the salon and good cup of coffee!
