It was my first time at Rizzo and I enjoyed the experience. The head massage was so relaxing and the young stylist was lovely.!

Lovely welcome , offered a drink in reception as I was early.
Nice atmosphere between staff and all were polite and friendly.
Tilly made me feel comfortable and was very attentive .
Colour was amazing - super match to my colour works extensions - Tilly was very knowledgable and able to answer my questions as a 1st time with extensions being applied - Tilly ensured I was 💯 happy before I left the salon.
Definitely recommend Rizzo’s Shrewsbury salon - 1st class service .

Had a complete colour change, I am not a hairdresser but am sure the combinations of blondes and chestnuts was technically quite tricky to achieve the effect I wanted, its exactly what I wanted.. fantastic experience really pleased.

After calling in and speaking to Danni who was extremely helpful and understanding i had my first visit with Jayde. I have fine curly hair and suffer with stress induced hair loss which scares most hairdressers ive been to! Jayde took time to listen, assess and the explain the process she wanted us to follow. After the first cut i already love how much better it all looks! I highly recommend Rizzos to anyone who like me, needs a bit of help and longer term support with their hair.

First cut and blow dry at Rizzo with Tilly and would totally recommend them. The cut was exactly what I wanted and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. If you've not tried them yet, go!

From start to finish it was a fabulous experience. I’ve been coming to Rizzo’s for about 3 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Dani is excellent and really styles my hair just the way I like it. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I had most of the stylists at Rizzo’s in Shrewsbury, and I have always come away happy, with the feeling pampered. I love the experience of being pampered and the feeling of being among friends. Iv even gone in with my hair in a bad way but they always do their up most to help and have made me feel better. I been going to Rizzo’s for about 14 years now, and always been a lovely experience x thank you to all at Rizzo’s

Tilly treated me to a very relaxing professional hair colour and cut which was much needed. I was running late in traffic and she was very understanding so thank you Tilly! Iv had previous appointments with various staff here who have all been kind & professional, patiently listen and give honest advice. Always love visiting Rizzo Shrewsbury it has a lovely calm and homely atmosphere. Rizzo products smell divine!

I had a wonderful visit here, today. From the welcoming front desk, to a relaxing head massage and shampoo, to the stylist who was so considerate and communicated every step of the way, so that we both knew what to expect, and who really listened to what I wanted, I was delighted with the end result and the experience as a whole.

Unfortunately I was not impressed with my appointment. The cut was good . But the blow dry not so . I asked for It wavy, but lt was dried straight. The bottom of my hair at the back was still damp when I left the salon and one of the brushes was full of someone else's hair. L

Dani did a great job. Fitted me into a cancelled slot , had a colour and blow dry.
Dani brill always listens carefully to my requests and then talks through options.

Another great visit to Dani at Rizzo. She knows my hair inside out and always has an answer to any problems! Prompt service even though she was running late - I had a new junior employee to do my colour instead, who was lovely and very confident. Lovely cut and style from Dani as always. Thoroughly recommend!

Danni did an amazing colour for me, dark roots with lighter ends perfectly blended and Jayde finished off with a perfect bob style cut! Perfect as always!

First hair cut since losing my hair due to chemotherapy. I was made to feel relaxed and came away feeling confident she understood my anxieties and would take care of my hair in the future

After trying more salons than I can mention over the last 8 years, I have finally found a salon and stylist I want to go back to. Smashing cut, hubby loved it as soon as I arrived home. Fabulous friendly staff, and a lovely salon. Already booked my next visit.

I had my hair cut here for the first time and it was a good cut but a bit too short for my liking which I thought I could overcome by telling her to leave it longer I tried to rebook and went into the salon to do that, only for an irritated response, when I was told to make an appointment the following week.Needless to say , I haven't bothered because the atmosphere is unfriendly.

After I’ve been unsatisfied with the colour on my first appointment, I’ve met with Jayde who has really listened and taken care of me. Luke corrected my colour going back darker, although the colour is still not what I asked for initially, I am much happy with the colour done by Luke who listened what I wanted. Thanks especially to Jayde!

I loved my experience and cut. Unfortunately at almost £60 due to increasing the price as it had been a while since I'd been, I'll need to assess my budget

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Talented individuals.
