It was such a lovely experience from a great hairdresser. Tilly really listened to how I wanted it cut and the finish was fab . All the staff are lovely and the service and value is excellent.Thankyou Rizzo .

Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience. I came in the morning, asked if I can have a blow dry . Lady at reception checked my hair and said it would be £30 for any blow dry.. it was very simple styling with a flat iron , nothing major. At the end I had to pay £42.. didn’t question it straight away.. I though , well .. it’s ok I guess. My hair did not last even 30 min. Flat hair with no waives at all. Popped in to show it . Same girl offered someone else to do it for me again, but from the get go I have mentioned that I need a volume and waives, also have a busy day .. basically, £42 , time wasted.. and my hair is worse than before I came in . Shame really

After 2 cuts to put right a total disaster at a different salon i felt confident in booking a colour with lighter foils. Jayde really listened to what i wanted and explained the whole process so i could understand what to expect. I left with full aftercare instructions and i can honestly say that i am thrilled with the result! If you are unsure about having your hair coloured, i would highly recommend!

My first visit to this salon. I specifically booked with the manager as I wanted my hair restyled and she was recommended as the best at cutting. We discussed styling, I went to be shampooed and then another stylist came over and said she had been sent to cut my hair Jayde was not well, she had felt ill all day apparently and suddenly taken a turn for the worst. As I had wet hair I felt at this point that I had no option but to accept a different stylist who I was not informed had a lower level of experience. Jayde had apparently briefed her and clearly had taken little notice of what I said when we spoke as she told her I wanted very little trimming off and the same style. Although no one can help feeling ill I think Jayde should have told me that she was unwell when I met her and before my hair was wet so I could change my mind about having my hair done. It is true I could have refused to let the other stylist cut my hair but as it was already wet I felt pressurised to continue. Not a happy experience and a total lack of respect for customers.

Jayde now understands my hair, after a quick chat the cut was completed and I went home feeling very, very pleased with the result.

I sat in a wonderful chair that gave me a massage whilst Tilly gave me a relaxing hair/scalp treatment..
Tilly then cut and blow dried my hair to her usual high standard l then
left the salon feeling great!

Tilly has worked magic on my hair; going from dark to a healthy shiny blonde. Tilly listened to exactly what I wanted.....I didn't think it was possible but I love my new hair, and I get so many compliments.

It was my first time at Rizzo and I enjoyed the experience. The head massage was so relaxing and the young stylist was lovely.!

Lovely welcome , offered a drink in reception as I was early.
Nice atmosphere between staff and all were polite and friendly.
Tilly made me feel comfortable and was very attentive .
Colour was amazing - super match to my colour works extensions - Tilly was very knowledgable and able to answer my questions as a 1st time with extensions being applied - Tilly ensured I was 💯 happy before I left the salon.
Definitely recommend Rizzo’s Shrewsbury salon - 1st class service .

Had a complete colour change, I am not a hairdresser but am sure the combinations of blondes and chestnuts was technically quite tricky to achieve the effect I wanted, its exactly what I wanted.. fantastic experience really pleased.

After calling in and speaking to Danni who was extremely helpful and understanding i had my first visit with Jayde. I have fine curly hair and suffer with stress induced hair loss which scares most hairdressers ive been to! Jayde took time to listen, assess and the explain the process she wanted us to follow. After the first cut i already love how much better it all looks! I highly recommend Rizzos to anyone who like me, needs a bit of help and longer term support with their hair.
