From the moment you go in, you feel comfortable and welcomed. The team are all friendly, offer drinks and magazines if needed.
My hairdresser is amazing, she takes time to talk about what I'd like, offers suggestions and doesn't rush.
It alway looks fantastic once she is done .

From being welcomed by the lovely Jane to the ever knowledgeable.and rnthusiastic Charlotte and team, I am always made to feel special, fabulous and look great! From saving me from the worst toner mistake I ever made, where I dyed my hair silver instead of platinum and ended up with the worst grey I've ever been. Charlotte came up with a fabulous pink solution that made me feel fantastic and cheered me up no end!! Charlotte has brilliant ideas and my undercut today looks chic and exactly what I wanted, without even knowing it's what I want!! Scarlet is fab at sorting my hair dye / bleach. Thank you all. Can't wait for my next visit xxxx

As usual, I visit Charlotte and Charlotte looks after my colour (balayage), cut and treatment of the condition of my hair to maintain its length and strength. I don’t have to think or worry what needs doing, each visit I just sit back, relax (and chat) and Charlotte takes care of my hair. Thank you!

I needed a colour correction. From my first visit for my skin test I felt comfortable and confident in the staff. Scarlett coloured my hair today and the result is gorgeous. She was lovely to talk to as well and I really enjoyed my time there today. Everyone was great in the salon, so friendly and always smiling. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
