As always I have had the most fantastic service with Steve. He always does a wonderful job with my hair, knowing exactly what works best for me. He is just the most incredible hairdresser, which is why I travel the distance I do to get him to do my hair.
I always look forward to having my hair done at Francesco’s and happy with Beth and the staff.
It was my first appointment with Steve today, and what a refreshing experience. He took the time to explain what would suit my face shape, complimented my features, and gently pointed out where I’d been going wrong with my previous style. He recommended a hairstyle that truly enhances my best features.
Before picking up the scissors, he carried out a thorough consultation something that feels rare these days, which made me feel completely confident and understood. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ve already booked my next appointment with him.

The salon has a relaxing atmosphere, is very clean and modern. Staff are all lovely, friendly and professional. They don't make you feel rushed. I would recommend this salon to anyone.
Enjoyed my whole experience, I love having my hair done. After a warm welcome I met Steve who listened to my ideas and gave me professional advice, he was excited as I was about creating a new style whilst brightening my colour. After 11 years away from Francesco I returned again to be just as pleased as back then. I booked in for a cut and colour with the new member of the team Steve ( you need to put him on your “select therapist name”) he was lovely, it was only his third day but you’d think he’d been there forever the way they chat with each other, so bonded.
My colour and cut were exactly what I asked for, he worked wonders. He’s been with the group for 19 years and it shows, very professional. I will definitely be returning ( sooner than six months)!

Zoe listened to what I was finding tiresome with my current style and responded constructively when I asked her : "how do you see my hair?" she didnt rush, checked in with me and made sure I felt happy.
