My hair was coloured and cut by Jodie, who always does an amazing job and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to anyone.

Super friendly. Caitlyn is super kind and friendly. Very knowledgeable and gentle. Always checked in to make sure I was happy with how my hair looked. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

I had a lovely experience at the salon yesterday. The best hair wash I've ever had and the hair products smell beautiful, I had a good chat lovely cuppa tea with a biscuit, (I love my cuppa tea) Caitlyn is lovely, very pleasant and easy to talk too x

Hair with Jodie is always amazing I've been a client for years
However the salon itself although very clean, the staff work really hard the salon needs some TLC and decorating
Charging the prices you do sets a standard not only for the stylists service but also the environment especially when sitting there for hours
No need for peeling paper, and holes left in walls, the salon was very cold which is bad enough for clients but your staff are there longer

Caitlyn took the time to listen to find out exactly what I wanted. I wasn’t sure myself but after an in depth discussion Caitlyn advised me on the right colour and style to suit my hair and face shape. I am very happy with the result.

My first time at James Hair yesterday, was greeted by Caitlyn and welcomed into a very warm and inviting salon, Caitlyn immediately made me feel at ease and listened as I explained what I wanted.
Felt very comfortable throughout, was offered tea/coffee and Caitlyn was really helpful in advising me what hair products I should use. Lovely girl who I felt very at ease chatting with, I was so so pleased with my cut, my hair felt brand new! I will definitely be booking in with Caitlyn again, 5* service and will definitely recommend.

I love my hair, as always Caitlyn was lovely and very professional.
I had my roots done and toner. My looks shiny and healthy. I have been seeing Caitlyn since August, when I met her she cut my hair and styles it as I hadn’t been to the hairdressers for 6 months.
I was so happy, I re booked in to have a balayage and roots done.
I am now booked in fir every 4 weeks.
Caitlyn is such a lovely person and it’s a pleasure to have her lol after me and my hair.
I can highly recommend her.
