I had my hair done today by Caitlyn and the result was fantastic! It was a really nice relaxing experience. Caitlyn took the time to help me decide on what colour to have, and the style of hair cut. Thank-you for doing such an amazing job on my hair, I shall definitely be returning. I highly recommend James Hair Salon, all the girls there are so lovely, very friendly and welcoming! When I visit the salon it always feels as though I'm the only customer. Excellent service, wonderful conversation, gorgeous hair and relevant advice. Jodie is fabulous.

Jodie is a friendly, caring person and listens to what I want. She is an excellent stylist and although I didn't have colour today it is always great.
Having said this the salon itself is not very welcoming. The whole place needs an overhaul. It feels outdated and there is paint peeling off the radiators etc. It doesn't really live up to the Regis brand and there are much nicer salons in the town. I feel the company needs to do something about the interior if you want to attract new clients.

As always, Sophie did a superb job! I had a full head of foils & a cut. Sophie is particularly skilled at making the colour look really natural. In the past I’ve had foils done which have left me with noticeable stripes in my hair, but this doesn’t happen when Sophie does it. Chuffed as always, Sophie, thank you!

I absolutely love my hair after its been washed and blow out. My hair looks so smooth and silky. The salon is very relaxing. I never feel rushed when I'm getting my hair done. Caitlyn is a very talented hair stylist. I come ever week to get my hair done. I highly recommend Caitlyn.

Excellent service provided. Offered a cancellation when it arose.. Sophie listened to my requirements , offered appropriate advice as to style and colour. Was very pleased with cut and colour . Offered hot drink twice whilst in salon. Would recommend.

Warm welcome, seen on time, chatty, consulted on cut, style, colour. Asked throughout bleaching if ok. No burning. Knowledgable. Cup of tea. One to one sevice, ging better experience,not leaving me for ages while dealing with other clients, which happens in other salons.
