I had a lovely, relaxing experience at F&M today. A warm and personal welcome at the door, a coffee right away, a head massage and an excellent cut and blow dry. Every member of the F&M team makes sure that you feel comfortable and enjoy your time in the salon. Thank you!

Kimberly has been doing my hair for a while now. She is second to none. Kimberley is a highly experienced hairdresser. I am always 100% delighted with what she does to my hair, be it cut and blow dry or colour.

Brought my daughter in for her hair cut with Martine again, and as always it was a very pleasant experience. My 7 year old loves coming to the salon and being pampered. Martine always cuts her hair beautifully and always makes her feel special.

Brought my little girl in for her hair, and Martine gave her the royal treatment! Great chat, warm company, tea in hand, and of course - fab hair! How utterly divine. X

I was greeted by the salon owner who made me feel very welcome and was attentive straight away, seating me and asking if he could get me a drink. There was a lovely selection, from still/sparkling water (ice cold), not to mention hot drinks from a professional machine (best latte I have had in a long time!)

I was then greeted by Lesley, who discussed my colour options and what I wanted to achieve at the appointment. She was professional, welcoming and set about my colour straight away.

The salon is stylish and modern , however there is a lovely ambiance which makes you feel relaxed and comfortable.

When my colour was complete a lovely girl greeted me to wash my hair (with bonus optional head massage) which I rather enjoyed.

My hair was then cut and blow dried by Lesley to my liking and I was extremely pleased with the result.

All in all this salon has a great team of staff, welcoming, replenishing beverages and making the whole experience positive. They cannot do enough for you. Worth a visit and every penny spent!

Had a wash and a blow dry and weight taken off the ends of my hair today, getting ready for my holidays. Olivia washed my hair and was very pleasant and attentive. As usual, Lesley made my unruly hair look great. She is friendly and professional and always cuts and finishes my hair really well.

Visited the salon today, as usual fantastic experience. Aunsley is very professional and friendly as are all the staff. Each and every one goes out their way to make your visit as pleasant as possible.
I would highly recommend this salon to everyone.

As always, great staff, always very welcoming. Got a relaxing head massage from Martine and great colour and cut from Lesley. Salon is very clean, bright and lovely atmosphere.

Long time since Martine worked on my hair but as ever she made an excellent job. A very confident young stylist and I was absolutely delighted with my hair.

I was really pleased with my visit to the salon for hilights today. Lesley was very good, my hair looks so much better, lovely blonde colour and she blow dried it beautifully.

I enjoy going to susan to cut colour my hair she is very professional and has a lovley manner she always asks if I would like a drink / tea coffee see you on the 2nd August

My visit to F&M today was fab as always..Ainsley worked her magic , always listens to what you want and talks through products and options .To deliver exactly want you want..Staff are very friendly and your made to feel welcome .Wouldn't go anywhere else .

I always find my experience and results with Ainsley professional. The girls are good at washing hair, however Ainsley ensures the colour is washed off rather than rinsed off

A very happy relaxing experience, like having afternoon tea with friends and the lemon drizle cake is excellent

My daughter was a little nervous about her first proper cut but being offered a wee slice of lemon drizzle cake as soon as we sat down helped a lot! Martine was so patient with my wee fidget too. Thank you to everyone for a fantastic cut and a lovely calm experience.

First time at salon and found it friendly with a comfortable atmosphere. Was good having a choice of drinks rather than coffee which I haven’t thought about before - nice touch. So good start. Ainsley had a chat with me about my colour and choice of options, which we agreed. Ainsley was very nice to chat to and I was well pleased with colour and cut. Thanks too to the young girl who washed my hair and gave me a delightful head massage. All in all I had a very relaxing and positive experience today, I have made a follow on appointment with Ainsley for august.

Lesley knew from previous visits exactly what I wanted but still checked with me at every stage. As always I left feeling lighter and delighted with the cut.

Susan has done my hair now for about 20 years and I've been coming to F&M for the last 5 years. Team are brilliant, look after you so well, make you feel valued.

It felt a very relax, chill atmosphere at F&M this morning and it’s always good getting a chat up with Ainsley. Every appointment I have with Ainsley always feels like she take time with her clients never feels rushed the results I’m always happy with if it’s a half head or a full head of highlights I love the colours.??‍♀️
