Lovely day today at F& M with Ainsley doing my hair, as always love my time in the salon.

Lesley is a tour de force when it comes to colour. There's not one time that I've left the salon unhappy. She's funny, great to chat to and will always tell you what's best for your hair. The ambiance is relaxed and they go above and beyond. A successful hairdressers to be extremely proud of.

She was really lovely, fantastic cut. Would definitely use again.
Only thing was I wanted a very brief chat with another stylist about colour and while I appreciate she was very busy she could have been a tad nicer dealing with me . Just even to say sorry can you come back another time rather than pass the message on forgetting I could hear! Not sure I’ll be back myself although I will def take my daughter back to Martine.

Excellent service as always for my post holiday hair refresh. My colour and finish was great but the best part of the visit was the homemade chocolate cake with my coffee!

Ainsley is always amazing but i want to shout her out today for making sure to blow cold air every so often on my forehead during the cut as the day was so warm! and also making sure my hair was washed with colder water so i was more comfortable! haha. Shes fab!

Always a pleasurable experience having some pamper time in the salon. Kimberley knows just what I like with my hairstyle and she always delivers. A cheeky wee coffee with some home baking also goes down a treat.

Was delighted to get a cancellation appointment. I'm able to go to my Nieces wedding next day looking very glam. Thank you Lesley, you have done an amazing job, love my hair. Everyone in the salon is very friendly, I was looked after really well.

Excellent attention to detail and very keen to get both colours and cut just perfect. Fabulous all round salon experience, when self care becomes an absolute treat!

Visited the salon today to have my hair washed styled and straightened by Lesley. Always pleased with the end result. Purchased some products for my hair and Lesley gave me professional advice on what product to purchase.

Lesley was great, amazing, super awesome. We had an issue with my hair not wanting to hold the dye during my first appointment & 2 attempts later we had to call it a day. Lesley came in on her morning off to accommodate me for a 2nd appointment so that we could try and fix the colour that never took. 2 more attempts later and I'm over the moon with how my hair has, finally, come out! It may have been a battle but it was worth it!

A great service everyone very friendly look forward to my fortnightly appointment Lesley is great at keeping my hair looking good and Martine and Olivia do great head massages the salon is very clean and comfortable .

Always a great cut. Susan always gets exactly what I want right even though I am hopeless at explaining it. Whole salon is friendly and welcoming and always make me feel at ease from the moment I walk in the door.
