It makes it a much better experience going to have a cut. Molly listens and discusses your hair with you - she doesn't make assumptions- and she obviously enjoys what she does because she's good at it.

When my hair is well cut it is very easy to manage. I was beginning to despair after a few years of unmanageable hair. I thought it was perhaps because of my age (77). Then I found The Cutting Room and the wonderful Kerry. The difference is extraordinary! I have now had two fabulous cuts. I am delighted. The salon is very well run, is fun to visit, the staff are professional and the attention is great. They also have lots of really good offers. Very impressed by receiving a Christmas card with the envelope hand-written!

Salon staff are very professional yet so friendly. Extra finishing touches by staff working as a team were fantastic as they're clearly busy; they took time to chat with my girls about pets & family.
We had hot drinks, Christmas music & great Salon advice & styling.
