Bobby's cut was perfect as usual and just what I wanted. I feel totally confident in her cutting and styling and we are in tune as to how far to go on my fringe - which I'm quite picky about!

I had such a great experience at the salon! It was my first time getting highlights and Maisie did an incredible job on my half head – I’m honestly so happy with how it turned out.

The customer service from the whole team was amazing from start to finish, and everything ran perfectly on time which made the experience even better.

I also want to mention the lovely stylist who cut my hair (I didn’t catch her name!), she had stunning auburn-coloured hair and did such a fantastic job with the cut.

I can’t recommend Ariana highly enough! After a really disappointing experience at a cheaper salon that left me with a terrible haircut, she completely transformed my hair back to how I love it. She is not only an incredibly talented stylist but also such a lovely person, which makes every appointment a real pleasure.
Ariana really listens to what I want, offers thoughtful advice, and never does anything without making sure she fully understands the look I’m hoping to achieve. That level of care and attention is so reassuring.
I also had a wonderful hair wash from a very polite and caring young lady, and the whole team is professional, friendly, and welcoming. I genuinely enjoy my visits and always leave feeling so happy with my hair.

Lovely clean salon with a friendly vibe. I was greeted by Orla who was very pleasant and professional. Complimentary coffee was lovely.
Amelia was really lovely and cut my hair working with my natural curls. The cut was how I wanted and the blow dry looked great.

Not the best customer service over the phone from Maisey. I’ve been going to indigo rye for as long as I can remember and probably spent over £2000 over the 15 years. Although it was my fault that I was late I thought that the interaction was quite blunt and dismissive. I had to pay a late fee of £15 which I have done once before as well and couldn’t rebook an appointment for the same time. Don’t think I’ll be returning to the salon because it’s not the most welcoming atmosphere.

Excellent hair cut & blow dry, Dani is always friendly and pleasant, as well as efficient. Never acts as if she is in a rush, even though they are often busy.

Emma was wonderful. I had a bad haircut at another salon and came back to Indigo Rye in Wallingford where Emma helped correct my short hair cut into a lovely pixie. She was very understanding and cut my hair well.

As always Dani cut my hair well, and her colleague gave a very nice head massage. Love seeing them every 6 weeks.

I absolutely love coming here! They really take the time to listen when I explain how I want my highlights done, and I always feel heard. The whole experience is so relaxing, especially the incredible head massage, it’s such a treat. I also really appreciate how they recommend products that genuinely make my hair look and feel amazing. Highly recommend!

I live in East Sussex but travel back to Wallingford to have my highlights done with Maisey as she does them so well!
