Hannah was as brilliant as ever - Bobby cut my hair and we discovered that she had actually washed my hair 20 years ago when the salon first opened when I lived in Wood St! I live in Henley now but would never go anywhere else for my coiffure!! Great to see the wine back on the refreshments list!

I hate complaining or even being negative but I am really disappointed with my colour.
Mia spent a patient 20 minutes with me listening to what I wanted but the result has not translated to what we agreed.
I’m now a mousy dull grey, certainly not blonde.

My daughter (10) hates having haircuts but our stylist put her at ease, really cared about what she wanted and gave her a lovely haircut. All the staff were so attentive and caring, she had a fantastic experience and is already looking forward to getting back!

I feel great she has cut and styled just how I requested. lovely relaxing experience.
I had a different stylist, who I think was Amelia, I can't remember. Both my haircut and my stylist were lovely and I'm happy. However my daughter asked for layers and more volume at the top of her hair and didn't get either. I treated her to a salon haircut to try and make her feel special but she felt some of the younger staff were unfriendly and she felt not listened to in not getting the haircut she'd asked for. She was too embarrassed when we were there or I would have raised it then. She left feeling really deflated. I don't think we'll be back.

I have spoken with the team and they were genuinely sorry to hear that your daughter felt uncomfortable. They mentioned that the conversation she may have seen was actually them saying how lovely and long her hair was and certainly not anything negative. The stylist also confirmed that she checked in about adding more layers
but your daughter preferred to keep it as it was so she followed her wishes.
