I feel great she has cut and styled just how I requested. lovely relaxing experience.
I had a different stylist, who I think was Amelia, I can't remember. Both my haircut and my stylist were lovely and I'm happy. However my daughter asked for layers and more volume at the top of her hair and didn't get either. I treated her to a salon haircut to try and make her feel special but she felt some of the younger staff were unfriendly and she felt not listened to in not getting the haircut she'd asked for. She was too embarrassed when we were there or I would have raised it then. She left feeling really deflated. I don't think we'll be back.

I have spoken with the team and they were genuinely sorry to hear that your daughter felt uncomfortable. They mentioned that the conversation she may have seen was actually them saying how lovely and long her hair was and certainly not anything negative. The stylist also confirmed that she checked in about adding more layers
but your daughter preferred to keep it as it was so she followed her wishes.
We completely understand how important it was for the appointment to feel special and we’re sorry that it didn’t come across that way and we’ll make sure to remind the team how much kindness and communication matter, especially when guests are hard of hearing.

Emma has been cutting my hair for years. She always does a great job whether she cuts it into a new style or tidies it up back to how it was last time. Lovely chat. And all the staff are great. I love coming and wouldn’t go anywhere else , even though it costs me a lot. Well worth it.

I always feel relaxed when I go to Indigo Rye. The whole salon has a lovely happy vibe and my stylist Ariana is amazing. She is professional, she really cares about doing a good job and above all she’s blooming good at what she does! Having dead straight hair it’s all about the cut for me and Ariana is really precise, that’s why I feel so relaxed. I have had some awful hair cuts in the past but thankfully that’s all behind me now. I am sooo happy I found Indigo Rye and Ariana x.

Another fabulous haircut at THE best hairdressing salon. I always look forward to and enjoy my visits, I am looked after so well by all the Staff but especially Dani who patiently listens to my tales and still does wonders with my hair! I am spoiled with a choice of drinks and my favourite Biscoff biscuits. Thank you all

Having colour done today and I had forgotten to book a fringe trim. Becky was able to work around that and fitted me in with a sensational fringe and really cared she'd got it right, despite no booking. Delighted with it and made sure to book a full cut with Becky next month as she made me feel so comfortable with her quiet confidence and style.
As usual, Hannah was careful, paying attention to detail and knowing exactly what was needed. Always making sure of comfort and being as helpful as possible with future bookings etc., Feel lucky to have found Hannah - years ago now. Always confident that I will get what I want/need. Thank you
