I have had the same hairdressers for the 30 years, but it is miles away from where I live, so decided I needed somewhere closer to home. I met with Gemma for a consultant before booking an appointment, and explained what I wanted. On the day of my appointment I was very nervous but Gemma was excellent and talked me through what she was going to do. My hair turned out brilliantly I was so pleased with it, and have definitely made the right decision.

Once again, I am delighted with my recent haircut! I can't remember exactly when I first visited Albert Fields, but a few years ago now, and I never fail to be very happy with my haircut. Amanda has always offered expert advice on style for me and has created a look that I am really happy with, and, because her cut is so cleverly done, my hair keeps looking really good through from one appointment to another. Thank you to Amanda for great style and for introducing me to Love Curl and other lovely Davines products which work so well on my hair!

I had a wonderful experience at Albert Firlds, from the lovely receptionist, to the fabulous massage chairs as my hair was washed, to the brilliant haircut. My hair fell out two years ago after chemotherapy and sarah was so careful and considerate. She also offered great advice on looking after my new, fragile hair.

Always a great pleasure and rewarding experience

I have been going to this salon for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have never had a bad hair cut or colour. All the staff are brilliant at what they do. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and I always come out with a spring in my step after being there.

Excellent cut! Wonderful atmosphere in very warmly run professional salon. Always tell other people about Sarah and her unique business that always delivers but manages to do so in such a low pressure environment. It is obvious that the salon listens to customers, hugely valued by me thus my 5 star's.

Sarah is a phenomenal hair stylist. As a rugby player, I love my time at the salon— which I don’t think I’d have ever said a decade ago when having my hair cut.

I've been coming to Albert Fields for years. Everything is considered in the salon - not only the refreshments and soft seats and blankets if you are chilly, but also the care with the selection of products - all sustainable. The salon and team have a commitment to their local community too. They are a classy, kind and talented bunch. Cannot recommend Albert Fields enough.

Gemma is not on the list for me to select. However the experience was a delight she was prepared with notes from my last appointment with her and responded quickly to my want for slightly brighter near the front. The results are superb!

I arrived feeling rubbish and stressed however with Sarah’s attention and care my confidence was restored and I left the salon with confidence.

Albert Fields is more than just a hair dressers. My love affair with the salon began just over 13 years ago when Sarah did my hair for my wedding. From the moment you set foot inside, you are looked after and pampered. Nothing is too much trouble and Sarah; along with her amazing team really do listen to what you’d like and look after you. Sarah always provides her expert and professional advice with honesty and care and you come away feeling rested, relaxed and made to feel amazing!
Colourist; Dienna is another gorgeous soul whose personality is infectious on top of being incredible at her job.
It may sound far fetched to say that a hair salon is a special place but I’ll always shout from the roof tops just how wonderful Albert Fields is; not just because they provide, create and style hair to such a high standard but because of everything else that they stand for. Absolute magic!

Gemma has patiently worked on my hair over the past 12 months, taking out the layers to create a Bob. Now has introduced soft layers and graduated side at the front. . Very pleased with the result. And lovely wash, plus coffee, from Jo!

Great as always

Sarah is a brilliant hairstylist, she always cuts beautifully. Sarah always makes sure she knows what you want before doing anything and discussing if it will suit your hair etc.

Sarah is the best in the business and I will not go anywhere. Albert fields is an exceptional salon with amazing stylists who are professional, friendly and fun. I recommend this to anyone and everyone.
