I recently had the Kerastraight Treatment done. It has transformed my hair! I dont have to use my straighteners much at all and my hair has never felt this good, its shiny and so much more manageable. I would highly recommend this treatment.

I have always had my Kerastraight treatment at JH Hair. Sophie is brilliant a lovely lady who has such a fantastic understanding of the Kerastraight procedure. My hair shines so much and is so easy to handle, it always lasts months and this is because they are so professional.

Sophie was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I’m always relieved when I’m taken to the chair to have a chat first about the style before the hair wash.
I wasn’t feeling too good and explained and she put my mind at ease and kept the conversation going. She made sure I was happy about the length she was going to cut etc
She took her time over cutting my hair - even though it’s fairly short and fine.
I had booked with this salon to rectify a botch job done in another place I’d been to, so I didn’t want another disappointment.
I’m relieved to say that I’m very happy with my cut and I’m glad I saw Sophie as she was so sweet to me.

I have been coming to the salon for the last few months and I can’t believe the change in my hair. I started off a very dark box dye colour and now I am a beautiful golden blonde. Sophie is always very professional and a brilliant hairdresser who has worked wonders with my hair.

I think it was Emily wearing a dotty shirt and jeans from Stratford , she was really nice great consultation cut and colour and I’m sorry if I got the name wrong good coffee and a relaxing environment good price and im happy with my hair. Cannot remember the stylist name but she was a sweetheart she fixed my granddaughters hair from orange to a beautifully ombré natural look. All the staff were lovely. A feel at home salon and a very professional outfit. Would recommend this salon without a doubt. A big thank you to the stylist who sorted out my granddaughter she is a very happy teenager .

I’m not sure who did my hair actually as she didn’t tell me her name but she was young with long dark hair. I showed her a picture of how I have my hair cut and what I had done was nothing like my usual style. She was nice and professional but as she was cutting I knew she was not doing what I wanted. I now look like a 12 year old boy with hair so short I can’t do anything with it. I am really upset and embarrassed by this and dont want to leave my house. I left very quickly as I was struggling to hold back my tears. Wish I was brave enough to of said something while I was there but I just wanted out so thanked her, paid and left. I won’t ever go back there again. Shame as she was actually a lovely girl and made me feel very welcome with her chat.
