Everyone is welcoming and polite. Coffee is offered. They take notice well of instructions about how you like your hair. I was shown the colour choices and explained what each one meant. Spot on cut . Always very happy when I leave gentle chat but not too personal .

My curls are still in...which is rare, they usually drop as soon as I leave a salon. Also gave me product information, I purchased 3 items, as there was no hard sale. I hadn't visited a salon in over 2 years due to bad experiences.
I went on a whim and got an appointment straight away.
Very friendly staff. Lovely clean salon and a good atmosphere.
I had a cut and blow dry with Sophie and she was really lovely. I felt at ease and not stressed in any way.

Since I have been in Banbury, I tried every single hairdressers in Banbury, some very pricey and some not good with hair... after one of my friend recommend me, I tried JH hair and beauty. As soon as I enter the salon, wow... what a warm welcome, great customer service I had cut by Hitesh the Manager, he was making sure every thing goes very smooth in salon.
