What an experience! From the moment I arrived, I was treated as if I was the only customer in the salon. It was clear that attention to detail had been applied to ensure compliance to Government guidelines. I was provided with disposable masks, towels, gown and plastic bag to put my coat in. All staff were wearing shields. My hair was a complete shambles, with terrible roots and no style. Within a short while, I felt like a million dollars, hair colour had been sorted and my hair was restyle, and looking good. I can honestly say today was an experience I will never forget. Having not been to the hairdressers for weeks, like many people I had concerns about my appointment, but I cannot thank J h Hair enough for making all my concerns disappear. As well as that my hair looked and felt fantastic. Will see you again soon. M x

I had to wait over 20mins pass my appointment time for my cut to start.I did get an apology, but not happy with the wait.Haircut was decent.

Just moved from Wales and have been going to my hair colourist for eight years there so was a bit worried about a new salon. I needn't have. Emily was great.
