I have been coming to creations for many (many!) years and keep coming back despite moving further away because Michelle is just the best. I always love the cut, she gives great advice, I trust her completely and the whole team are just lovely. They put you, as the customer, first and really care that you’re happy. Couldn’t be better.

We took our daughter to get her first haircut at Creations with Jody and we had the best experience! Jody was amazing with our daughter and the experience was enjoyed by all. The cut itself is lovely and we will be back in September!

It was the first time I had Michelle do my hair and I was so pleased. She is so nice and friendly and professional. She gave me a super hair shampoo ! Part of my enjoyment is having someone wash my hair so many only tickle your scalp but Michelle gave it a thorough hairwash. I love the haircut and people have noticed too. So looking forward to my next visit.

Alisa was brilliant with my 9 year old who wanted to go from very long to a mid length cut. She was warm, friendly and very efficient! We’ll definitely be coming back!

Always so happy with my regular wash cut and blow dry with Alisa. Always feel very welcome in the salon and have lovely chats with Alisa.

I’ve been coming here for around 5 years now and they are always lovely and talented. They always give me exactly what I want. This appointment I had the wrong time and they still managed to accommodate me and were so sweet about it.

Rika was fantastic. She was understanding in what i wanted from my hair style as I was somewhat nervous. She helped to reassure me, and showed me tips on how to maintain/style my hair at home. Very happy with the service. Would highly recommend

Love my new haircut! Michelle was very kind suggesting things that would suit my style and guided me through the booking system for future bookings.

Been having my hair cut for some years now with Alisa. She is very good at listening to what you would like done with advice which is much appreciated. It’s a shame it’s getting a bit expensive I would go more regularly if a little cheaper but you cannot fault the care you get with Alisa.

Top colour and cut (as usual) and Michelle was her usual cheery self despite it being one of the hottest days of the year!

Michelle is awesome. She always makes sure I'm very happy with my hair, even if that means popping back if needed once it's settled.

I don’t live in the area but Creations managed to fit me in whilst I was in Radley meeting family ( who also use Creations) I am SO happy with the service and the wet cut that Michelle kindly did for me . Very happy . So much so I would happily book again when visiting from Surrey !! Thank you

First ever hair cut for my twin boys, us as parents were really nervous but Jody made us feel really comfortable. She was amazing with easing the boys into the haircut and keeping them engaged. Cut and styled both of the boys hair as we wanted.

As always it was good to see Kim and get the color and cut THAT I wanted. Kim always good for advise.

I booked and asked for the lady who usually do my hair (I am not as regular client as I should so I couldn’t remember the name) I have been asked to describe her and I thought it will be the same kind, professional and obviously well experienced hairstylist. Unfortunately, I had a girl who was obviously stressed by the work, did not understood even a single word of my request ( English is not my first language but I can explain myself by the basics) I asked to reduce the weight by putting on some layers, making a V shaped on the back and starting of with my fringe from about my nose high.
The outcome is absolutely shocking, she could not even get my left and right side at the same level, of course I will never go back and surely will NOT recommend.

Always brilliant service, appropriate advice, professional and caring attention in this happy and comfortable salon.

Always treated very well by the staff, very kind and courteous and I always get a great haircut !
