Fabulous baby hi- lights & face frame, love Aveda colour - I tried another brand as I moved but noticed after a while how dry it was and lacked shine.
Super happy to be back Josie is an absolute joy too.

I had the lovely Cerys do my hair today and it was better than I could ever believe. I have long black hair and it's super thick and I knew I wanted the length off and some soft but subtle color. Lovely cut and colour today! Lucy really listened and offered great suggestions before starting. She worked very professionally applying the colour with precision and achieving an excellent result. For the first time, I left the salon with a perfectly styled haircut that I didn’t need to fix at home. It wasn’t too voluminous at the roots — just perfect.
I felt well cared for from start to finish. The products smell natural and the colour didn’t cause any irritation.

My 1st time with Josie and i am very happy with how it has been cut and styled. It was long overdue a cut and looks so much better and refreshed. Josie is very friendly and made me feel at ease with it being my 1st time with her. Will definitely book again for my next cut with Josie and would recommend her.

I’ve been to urban therapy a few times and have always enjoyed my visit and was happy about my hair cut, but however today I have Millie and it was the absolute best experience in a hair dressers I have had and the whole process was amazing. I was given honest feedback on what would look good and bad on my hair and had the best conversation with Millie during my entire hair cut, we could not stop laughing and she was so easy to talk to and be real with. Milly talk my through the whole process on how short she was cutting it, where she was layering and it turned out more perfect than I can even imagine! Thank you milly will see you soon!!!

I have learned to love my unruly curls as I have got older. On my first ever visit Tasha made me like it more with the colour and style she did. However this time (only my second visist!) my hair felt so amazing and she styled it with "bounce" and I cannot tell you how much I have swished my hair for the week!!!! Now the rain has ruined it but now I know what it can be like...I have honestly never loved my look so much ❤️❤️Also Tasha is great to chat to ❤️

It was my first time at Urban Therapy. Karen stepped in to do my hair because my stylist was off sick, which I really appreciated because I desperately needed to get my hair done! Karen was lovely to talk to and have a lot of thought to the colour of my highlights. I have curly hair and she did a nice job of that too. Thank you Karen!

Blow dries at aveda are always 10/10, which is hard to find with my hair type. Def the best salon in Nottingham!

Amazing first time service in a women only space, really respecting my needs. Great consultation given free, patch test and other required tests done to ensure great colour outcome for Grey Blending treatment.

Love my monthly trip to Urban Therapy which always starts with relaxing head massage. Post Covid I’ve embraced my natural white hair and Laura has found the perfect toner recipe to eliminate any brassy yellow tones and leave my hair really glossy and shiny.

I was seen by Tasha and she was absolutely lovely! 10/10. We had a good chat that wasn't your usual small talk. She took me through what I wanted and tailored it to suit me. I asked about colour options and she took the time to do a strand test and patch test to make sure I don't ruin my hair next time I visit.
It's been a long time since I've been to a salon but I felt comfortable and well looked after

I had a brilliant experience in the salon yesterday. Lucy coloured my hair and Karen cut it and I am really pleased with the results! I had two head massages and a hand and arm massage so I was spoilt! Lucy was lovely as ever and Karen very friendly. Can’t wait until my next visit!
