Another visit to this salon for an appointment with curl expert Tasha. A relaxing neck massage on arrival, the aroma of wonderful Aveda products and great quality coffee (very important!) means that the salon is a place for me to recharge and relax. Tasha has been helping me make the most of my curls and my greys - she listens to what I have to say and brings her own experience to the appointment. My curls have never looked so good and felt as soft. Thanks Tasha.

I first came here because I’ve had allergic reactions to hair dye and other products in the past but I’ve never had any issues at aveda. Laura always does my hair perfectly and I always leave feeling better than I arrived. All the staff are lovely, the salon is nice and it genuinely smells better than anywhere else I’ve ever been in my life.

Fabulous baby hi- lights & face frame, love Aveda colour - I tried another brand as I moved but noticed after a while how dry it was and lacked shine.
Super happy to be back Josie is an absolute joy too.

I had the lovely Cerys do my hair today and it was better than I could ever believe. I have long black hair and it's super thick and I knew I wanted the length off and some soft but subtle color. For the first time, I left the salon with a perfectly styled haircut that I didn’t need to fix at home. It wasn’t too voluminous at the roots — just perfect.
I felt well cared for from start to finish. The products smell natural and the colour didn’t cause any irritation.

My 1st time with Josie and i am very happy with how it has been cut and styled. It was long overdue a cut and looks so much better and refreshed. Josie is very friendly and made me feel at ease with it being my 1st time with her. Will definitely book again for my next cut with Josie and would recommend her.

I’ve been to urban therapy a few times and have always enjoyed my visit and was happy about my hair cut, but however today I have Millie and it was the absolute best experience in a hair dressers I have had and the whole process was amazing. I was given honest feedback on what would look good and bad on my hair and had the best conversation with Millie during my entire hair cut, we could not stop laughing and she was so easy to talk to and be real with. Milly talk my through the whole process on how short she was cutting it, where she was layering and it turned out more perfect than I can even imagine! Thank you milly will see you soon!!!

I have learned to love my unruly curls as I have got older. On my first ever visit Tasha made me like it more with the colour and style she did. However this time (only my second visist!) my hair felt so amazing and she styled it with "bounce" and I cannot tell you how much I have swished my hair for the week!!!! Now the rain has ruined it but now I know what it can be like...I have honestly never loved my look so much ❤️❤️Also Tasha is great to chat to ❤️
